Negative experience: Unfortunately, not a great experience for me. I telephoned Ross early in February to discuss landscaping front and back yards for a new home. I gave all info on first call and was promised a call back. Ten days later no call back so I placed another call. A day later Mike called back saying he would call in a week to set up day and time to visit the house to discuss work needed and approximate cost. I waited three weeks—no call back. I searched and found a service to do all the landscaping work from clearing and preparing the land and the planting but I needed to provide the plants and shrubbery. I decided to purchase from Ross despite prior issue. I drove to their premises. No one there was prepared to help me. “Sam” was off but would be back next day. Could I come back next day between 9 and 5. I said I would be back at 9 next day. Should I make appointment? No need. Went back next morning. “Sam” was there but I needed to speak to “Mike” who was on vacation or something. This is almost 2 months after my initial call. Oh, well, so much for business practices today.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Ross's flower shop quite a few times. Everytime I go there whoever helps me has always been friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and most important of all, very patient! I am NOT a florist, so I don't know how to make arrangements look pretty. The florist would always let me pick the flowers and colors. And I would ask her to arrange them to make them look pretty, and if she felt something else might make it look more put together to please add it. I have very much enjoyed each visit to Ross's plant and flowers. The prices are very reasonable. Most other places you go to, their flowers are either dead or dying in just a couple days. I have gone 10 days or more often from Ross's flowers. Thank you so much for being such an honest, helpful and trustworthy store. ~Yvonne~

Fantastic experience: Best prices on rock salt and ice melt in Lehigh valley . They got rock salt by the 5 gallon bucket right now or by the ton . The only place I know that never runs out of rock salt

Negative experience: 0/10 called to inquire about getting 24 rose for my wedding for my bridesmaids. But since I said my wedding planner was getting other flowers / greens for bud vases (produce junction btw not another floral company) they refused to sell me the 24 roses. After I just spent almost $400 at their other location this time last year on my best friends bridal shower. Unreal!
