My future advice to the person answering the phone simply would be to repeat back the information and to send an invoice or a receipt, but I'm old school. For Moana (pictured), they created vibrant arrangements that matched the theme perfectly and lasted for weeks. My daughter was so touched she cried when she saw them. We also used them after Cinderella, and once again they delivered. They had beautiful blues, silvers, and whites that captured the magic of the show. Fantastic experience: Hey Flower Man floral services were amazing! I called on a Saturday, reached Stephanie who was super helpful! I asked if they would be able to deliver on Labor Day (1 day later) and they could! I worked with Stephanie on some inspiration pieces from their existing bouquets and utilized their “Design Choice” option as I wasn’t quite sure what direction to take. Stephanie ensured the bouquet would be beautiful and I trusted her expertise! And they definitely did not disappoint!! Stephanie delivered the florals directly herself and sent me photos so I could see the delivered arrangement. It was beyond my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better florists to work with! Thanks again and can’t wait to use them again!

Fantastic experience: Last minute before my mother's sevice, I Googled "Florists near me" and found Hey Flower Man Florist. With just 2 days before the service they were able to create this BEAUTIFUL standing spray (Sacred Garden Spray). I went to visit my mother's gravesite for the next 2 days. The flowers were still beautiful, and continued blooming. In fact I brought home a few of the gladiolus and orchids, put in vase and 1 week later still blooming. And might I add, they were much better priced than the florist the funeral home has contract with.

Positive experience: Honestly, I’m disappointed in the bouquet that arrived for my daughter’s bday. When I called in the order, I asked for yellow, hydrangeas, and or succulents and what she got instead was a very odd mix of colors and flowers. I guess I needed to be more specific about what I wanted, but I trusted that they would put something together that looked quite a bit nicer & larger for my $95 (including tax & delivery). To be fair, they did send me a few pictures of the bouquet a few hours before they delivered it, but unfortunately, I was busy and I missed the pictures. I’m sad because I had planned to order her a “meant to be bouquet” from another place, but it was a really special birthday so I was trying to send something even more special. Sadly, I feel like I could’ve sent my.SIL to get a $12.99 bouquet at Trader Joe’s that would’ve been way prettier. Attached are pics of what I didn’t buy for substantially less $, and what my daughter received. Big bummer
