Negative experience: Horrible… Do not order flowers from here. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews because what you order online is not what shows up. Not even close. I spoke with the owner who tried to state that some of the flowers were not in season when this arrangement was specifically from her seasonal special page. Totally feels like a bait and switch. Paid over $200 for something I could have picked up at Whole Foods for $50. Huge mistake. Will never order here again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the “Fleur d’Amour” arrangement from Fleur d’Elegance for my friend and I couldn’t be happier. They truly care about the quality of every single flower in their arrangements. Since some flowers were out of season, the florist thoughtfully substituted them with big, beautiful garden roses that had the most amazing fragrance. You can tell all the flowers are incredibly fresh, the water in the containers is kept cold, and everything looks pristine. The customer service was outstanding and the arrangement was even more stunning in person. I’m really glad I found this place, especially after seeing how many positive experiences others have had. I will never be ordering from anywhere else and I’ll only be recommending them to my friends. You simply cannot find a floral designer like this anywhere else. They are truly one of a kind. Fantastic experience: I have ordered flowers several times from Fleur d'Elegance and each time they come through. I typically choose florist choice and provide input on colors and types of flowers the recipient would enjoy and which not to include (i.e. no lilies due to toxicity to some pets). The shop has always been easy to work with, and the arrangements are always fresh, beautiful, and layered. Often the arrangement is larger than expected and always beautiful! I love the variety of flowers used and the huge beautiful peonies in many of the spring time arrangements. I will definitely use them again for flowers in the Carlsbad/north San Diego County area.

Fantastic experience: My coworkers sent me an absolutely gorgeous arrangement 11 days ago following a surgery. Not only was it the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received, but they have also lasted amazingly well. The photos below are from day 7 and 11, respectively... they are still GORGEOUS. I've removed just a small handful of the original stems that had wilted, but the entire arrangement is still a total show stopper. I even reached out to the office to see where they ordered these from so I could send my appreciation.

Fantastic experience: I had a last minute flower need for Thanksgiving, and stopped in because they are near my house. The staff were friendly and understanding. They helped me out with an amazing centerpiece in a very short period of time. The flowers are lovely and the staff are excellent. What a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I love my bridal bouquet! I have gone to the store to chat with Ann several times about my vision. I gave her two pix of the color scheme and the blue color that I wanted to add. We discussed flower sizes and types and the green fillers to use. I was slightly nervous since she had to order the flowers so I didn't get to see every type she will use while in the store. The bouquet came very full and it was what I imagined it to be. Lots of colors in the pastel range and different textures here and there. Overall soothing to look at but not boring. One thing to note is my bouquet was delivered 45 mins late. I was notified an hr before the original delivery time of the change. It was fine since I had an hour and half buffer. So I would advise people to give ample buffer time when ordering pickup/delivery time. *In the attached pix the ones with vase were taken 2 days after and the bouquet went 6 hrs without water that day. So some small flowers were already dying, but just to provide some side views.
