Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement sent for my daughter's birthday was absolutely gorgeous. They had concerns bc one type of flowers required for the arrangement I had chosen, they were unable to obtain and were going to have to substitute but wanted me to know, making sure it was okay. This is the care they give! Florists in my area would have made the substitution and not said anything. I ordered from here last year bc of the beautiful job they had done, and they once again fulfilled. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went in here on a whim to do something nice for my girlfriend, on a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't think I would be able to find what I was looking for because it's still winter. When I walked in, I was greeted at the door and treated like a long-time customer even though it was my first time there. The gentleman who helped me explained that there was a shortage of sunflowers because of the season, but he would help me out. After he brought out a few sunflowers, the lovely woman in the back suggested I add roses to make the sunflowers' color pop. At first, I was going to walk out with the flowers and put them in the vase when I got home. But they took their time and put together a beautiful bouquet. They prioritized my needs, even though they had orders to fill, but the personalized experience I received when I got here was unlike anything I've ever experienced anywhere else. I love supporting local businesses, but it's also nice to feel supported by them from the moment you come through their doors, and this place delivered that. I am so grateful to these guys, and my girlfriend cried when she saw the bouquet when she got home after I picked her up from the airport tonight.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this florist enough! They were able to accommodate 3 huge orders for a funeral the night before. I called and thankfully they were open on New Years and the nice man who answered (maybe owner?)was so helpful and patient. They delivered them the next day to the funeral home and they were better than imagined. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful they were. Thank you.

Negative experience: Pretty disappointing that we paid over $130 for something that doesn’t look anywhere near its price. Her skills felt outdated, and her overall manner was underwhelming. She even raised her voice when I told her I was on my way and would arrive in about 30 minutes — and I still made it before the store closed. Lesson learned: Do not read only good reviews. You need to RUN AWAY!

Negative experience: Complete disappointment. I ordered the Premium version of the Sweetly Scented Pinks for $144, and the arrangement delivered looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. The vase was different, the flowers were fewer and cheaper, and the entire bouquet looked like a completely different product. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they fix their quality and honesty issues.

Negative experience: Out of state order made for a sweet angel baby and her family. A florist here in MO. contacted this florist in VA. The order that was requested was to be pink, purple and green flowers inside a yellow butterfly vase or with a yellow butterfly attached. Our family member received them and the entire arrangement of flowers are all yellow with a pink butterfly. Absolutely disrespectful to fill an order the way you wanted them and not the way the family asked for them to be arranged, nor did you contact the purchaser or our local florist about you changing the arrangement.

Negative experience: Not the same arrangement. Not the correct recipe of flowers. Purchased the Deluxe , Received Disappointment :(

She explained that she couldn’t make the arrangement I had requested for a funeral on Monday morning because the flowers it contained wouldn’t arrive until 11 am that day. However, she agreed to make one that had the same shape and style with flowers she had on hand. The result was splendid!

Fantastic experience: I live in Florida and have ordered flowers several times for my mother-in-law who lives in Alexandria. They are always fresh and gorgeous and she loves them every time.

Negative experience: My experience about this florist is! don't order any flower unless you call first the advertised arrangement on their website avaliability. After you took time and selected flower and payment completed they will call you to replace with diffent flower and design. I feel this is a worng marketing to bring coustomer to their door. If you want excat flower and design you should call to store prior order. However the flower deliverd quickly and communication's about delivery was professional.
