Fantastic experience: I believe her name was Tammy but she was so nice that when she didn't find what I wanted in the showroom she went back and looked in their warehouse for me. They did find what I was looking for the girls were very sweet when they were checking me out they wrapped my blanket even though they didn't really have something for that they made it pretty it was exceptional service. There is a reason this Bartz's location has been around for so long.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for over 30 years and there has been a noticeable decline in the product volume and details however more importantly they have added charges that management states is needed for delivery efficiency. I should not have pay for what l can tell is an internal operations issue. It’s time to find another vendor

I did want to provide some clarification regarding the delivery charge you mentioned. For this order, an early delivery with a guaranteed time window was requested. When a specific delivery time is required, there is an additional fee associated with that service. This is not an internal operations issue, but rather a charge tied directly to ensuring a driver is scheduled to meet a guaranteed delivery window.

I have also personally reviewed your past orders, which we are very grateful for, and can confidently say that each arrangement has been designed beautifully and to its full value. We take great pride in the quality, volume, and detail of our work, and we would never knowingly send something out that does not meet our standards.

Fantastic experience: The floral arrangements for the Brown Honda Grand Opening were absolutely stunning! Everything was perfectly blue and white, elegant, and beautifully designed. The flowers added a fresh, polished touch to the event and tied the whole space together. Amanda was wonderful to work with and she and her husband set everything up perfectly! Wish I would've taken more pictures. Highly recommend for any grand opening or large scale event!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Bartz Viviano Flower Shop thanks to Anne-Marie. She was very helpful, kind, and genuinely sweet from start to finish. Her customer service was excellent and she made the whole experience easy and pleasant. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this shop.
