The last one was a late order for a visitation and I was worried we had waited too long to order. But Hirzel's came through with a beautiful arrangement that looked exactly like the picture....which never happens! Just by seeing a bouquet online, is what I wanted & hoped the exact same would be delivered to my friend. It was exactly what I ordered. My friend loved them & just called me yesterday (a week later) to tell me that the flowers were still fresh, none had wilted or died & the aroma was still very much able to be smelled through many rooms of her house (lavender was one in the bouquet) I intend to use Hirzel for a Christmas bouquet I want to send to friends. Negative experience: I ordered 2 dozen roses had them delivered to my wife's work. They were delivered Tuesday the 12th and its only Sunday the 17th their DEAD going into the trash. For a $132 you'd think they would last at least a week. They were pretty for the few days they lasted.
