I am out of state and found Wildflower through a Google search and their great reviews. I decided to give a call to place my order. Alex was so helpful and friendly as I tried to decide what size arrangement, what colors, etc to get. Unfortunately our friend didn't take a photo of the arrangement and I didn't want to ask her to as it was an arrangement for the passing of her mother. BUT...luckily, Nizme, fromWildflower took a photo of the arrangement and sent it to me. Our friend messaged us that the flowers had arrived and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Alex and Wildflower team for providing excellent service and delivering beautiful flowers. :)

Fantastic experience: Would give them a 10/5 if not higher if Google would let me. Wildflower, and especially Alex and Megan made our wedding in May 2025 a DREAM. We used Wildflower to plan our wedding, provide florals, and organize rentals. Absolutely wonderful experience. Great communication, creative ideas, and thoughtful about executing the day I pictured. The day was not stressful for me at all because of how much trust I had in their team and literally nothing went wrong which in the wedding world seems to be a miracle. A few examples of them being wonderful because we werent planning a traditional wedding and that made it probably more work for them than normal: • We had an non-traditional venue (a summer camp). We had to rent chairs and tables for everything, and bring in a lot of the resources a classic wedding venue would have already had. They flawlessly organized it all. (Even renting a bounce house for the kids.) • I thrifted a ton of vintage glasses for guests to use and they organized how to make it work with our drink service and carefully set up them beautifully (pictured). • We wanted a casual, community focused ceremony and Megan had the idea to switch the bridal party procession up from traditional to have the girls and then the boys come in as groups, WAS A GREAT IDEA!! • Florals, the pictures speak for themselves, drop dead gorgeous and literally exactly what I asked for. Lastly, Alex Jimenez, our main planner, is just a gem, like we felt sad not talking to him all the time after our wedding day. He was sweet, reliable, funny, and creative. If anything did go wrong we didn't know about it. He was transparent about costs, genuinely encouraging with our ideas, reminded me to delegate and not take on too much (signage, helping with set up, etc.) professionally and needed haha, and is just such a good person, could not have imagined planning the wedding without him. LOVE HIM!!!

Even though we only had Alex towards the latter end of our planning, it was so easy to trust him. I never worried once. Fantastic experience: We are so happy that we chose Wildflower for our wedding day florals. All of the small floral arrangements for our dinner tables were beautiful and dainty. My bouquet was beyond gorgeous and fit my dress and the wedding venue so well. Megan was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. We also rented some chairs and decor from them. The renting process was very easy and we were overall happy with the products. We chose mahogany chairs for our outdoors ceremony and they chairs looked very, bright red in person, so that was not as ideal, but they photographed well in pictures. The staff said they mostly used the chairs indoors and were also surprised at how red the chairs were outdoors, so this was something they were not aware of in advance and that's not their faults. Overall, we loved our choice and are so thankful for Wildflower!

Fantastic experience: My July 2025 wedding! Wildflower floral AND planning get a 10/10 from me & my husband. The florals were perfect. We got so many compliments on how unique they were. Megan Deppe was our day-of coordinator and was great from start to finish. I'm not sure what we would've done without her. We had several meetings before the wedding and even went beyond the allotted times just to make sure we covered everything. On the day-of she was there for anything we needed, kept everything on time and directed our guests (which was super important because we had an untraditional timeline & reception set-up). She also went to bat for us when we were having issues with our caterer. Everything from Wildflower is 100% worth the cost - especially for your wedding. You won't regret it. :)

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Wildflowers for both our wedding florals and day-of coordination, and they truly exceeded every expectation. When it came to the flowers, the process was incredibly easy. I shared a few things I liked (and didn’t), and even though I wasn’t very specific, the team took that input and created a beautiful vision board to guide the design. On our wedding day, the flowers were absolutely stunning. We hired them for florals, design and day-of coordination and they absolutely killed it on all accounts. We had been planning this wedding for 2+ years so my vision for the day changed a handful of times (and so did the venue), but Alex, Maya and the WF crew were able to put together a couple of different proposals for us w/ all the options and they blew us away each time. The website is beautiful and easy to order from if you are out of town (I live in Seattle). Right after I placed my ordered online I got a confirmation, which was nice. My friend got her flowers on the day I requested to have them delivered. I got a text from my friend and she said, and I quote "These are sooooo beautiful! Honestly these are so gorgeous. Fantastic experience: Wildflower not only delivers but goes far above and beyond when it comes to flower bouquets arrangements and delivery! It doesn’t matter the time of the year, their flower selection is incredible. Making flower bouquets is an art and they have mastered it! The balance between colors and flowers is always perfection. I’ve tried multiple local flower shops in town and they do not come close to Wildflower, 100% recommend it.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers but very disappointed in their customer service. I will not order for delivery again. I called to confirm a delivery that was not only pushed DAYS without notice, I requested a call from the manager that I never received. I came up with a solution to the delivery challenge and they ended up delivering a beautiful arrangement, but it was not worth the stress. I was very disappointed as I love to support small businesses.

Negative experience: My sister sent me an anthurium from Wildflower as a gift (she lives out of state.) It even came in a lovely pot. Lately, it’s gotten very sickly & I couldn’t figure it out. I was almost to the point where I was convinced it had gotten blight and it was going to have to be destroyed, but wanted to try and save it. Imagine my shock to find it had been stuffed and then covered in a plastic pot! These plants do NOT like extra moisture, and yet here it was, shoved in plastic with no drainage. I’m so frustrated. These aren’t flowers that have a short lifespan. I don’t know if it was ignorance or laziness? Why wasn’t it just planted…in the pot?? Totally disappointed & hope it can be saved. Edited to add after response: my fault, I intended to add when I got it. Yes, it was from 2020, and yes, it was from Wildflower, (my sister wouldn’t lie about that, what a weird thing to insinuate.) As it’s a houseplant, the year isn’t relevant, but glad to share it. Also yeah, 2020 was really rough for everyone. My sister buying something from you sent money, which I thought was a good thing. I guess I’m supposed to not share my experience because it was a tough time?

Maya’s design ideas were brilliant and she and her team really took into account our views as well which was so welcome. Further, Alex and Megan stayed for our entire event, checked in with us continuously, and when the party was over, they told us to go home and relax because they and the Wildflower team had everything under control. As I was quite exhausted from the day, that was music to our ears! Wow! Working with everyone at Wildflower was a true joy and we cannot recommend them highly enough!!
