Fantastic experience: I ordered a floral delivery from Oliver Flower for my mom, who is in a rehab center recovering from surgery. The order process was a breeze, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet to my mother's room when they said they would. The nurses raved about the arrangement, and the flowers brightened up my mother's day. I appreciated the follow-up email alerting me that the flowers were delivered. I would definitely recommend Oliver Flower Shop and will order from them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently made an online purchase through FTD..They sub-contract their orders through local flower shops. Oliver flowers was tasked with this order. It was a delivery on 2/13/26 for Valentines day. What was delivered to my wife looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I called Oliver Flower shop and spoke to Marcia. Marcia stated FTD has a disclaimer that if certain flowers aren't available they could be substituted with others. One of the flowers that was in the original FTD.Arrangement was an in what was delivered.However , the shop did have that type of flower and she couldn't understand why that wasn't included in the first delivered arrangement. All that aside , marti stated that she would make it up to me as customers or very important. She stated that she could have a replacement arrangement sent out to make up for the mistake of the original delivery. The following day , I received the replacement arrangement compliments of Marcia. I just want to recognize Oliver Flower Shop and especially Marcia for going above and beyond for OUTSTANDING customer service! So often, reviews are negative, but when something good happens very rarely do they get recognized. I want to let everyone know all of her flower shop.Does care about their customers and I highly recommend that you order from this business.Thank you again! R. Griffiths

Negative experience: The arrangement was pretty, but completely different from what I ordered. I think you should be notified if the arrangement isn’t as described in your bill, as the arrangement was itemized in the bill- per flower. I won’t use again.

Fantastic experience: My wife received a bouquet from her mom and she said they were the nicest flowers she has ever received. Every single flower was fresh and she could smell the bouquet from separate rooms. Days later, the bouquet still looks as good as it did on day one.

Negative experience: I honestly feel like a one star review is too generous for the bouquet that was delivered versus what I ordered. I ordered an absolutely beautiful $98 bouquet of flowers. I wouldn’t pay $20 for what was delivered. I would be completely embarrassed to send out that bouquet for $98. It was disgraceful. For reference, I have added a picture of what I ordered with the description as well as well was delivered.

Positive experience: The delivery person left our flowers on our porch in 90 degree heat without even knocking on our door! Luckily we happened to open the door later or they could’ve been sitting there for hours! Otherwise, the flowers were beautiful.

Negative experience: NOT AS ADVERTISED-Paid extra for a deluxe bouquet that comes out to $97 and pretty sure they sent a standard size because it is very underwhelming compared to the online photos. Was for somebody very special so I tried to get the best size so this was disappointing… Delivery was fast and on time but I guess they sacrifice quality for speed. Would order again but definitely not getting a deluxe. See below for advertised vs reality.

Negative experience: Placed an order for a delivery, got confirmation and was charged. A week later and the flowers were never delivered. Company eventually refunded me but no explanation or contact.

Negative experience: Slimy greens, water that’s brown and smells like a swamp, and four pitiful lilies. How Oliver stays in business is beyond me. Such a waste of money.

Negative experience: flowers were okay- smelled lovely, arranged decently. the spray roses WAY smaller than the pics and were meh quality. Vase in pic was red and the vase delivered was completely different. Smiley face balloon was not what was on the website. Had to call about giving them additional delivery instructions and the employee that answered was rude and short. Delivery person was kind and upbeat though.

Negative experience: I was excited to receive these flowers, but disappointed in the fact that some of the flowers were damaged, and the card was also damaged because of all of the water that got on it on top of that they also did not say who the flowers were from which I thought was very unusual. When I called to give the shop for feedback, I felt like the feedback was brushed off in a nonchalant way.

Negative experience: Had some flowers delivered for a special someone. Decided to leave no message because I wanted to keep them guessing - can you guess what Oliver Flower Shop did? They actually wrote her a hand written message that says "no message." How romantic right? Thank you Oliver Flower Shop for sweetning the occasion so tactfully. We don't know when they arrived because they were simply dumped on the front porch with no attempt to notify anyone. Product looked okay so I'll give it 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: OMG!!! The BEST flower shop in pgh area! I live in Clearwater, Florida and had a dish garden with flowers and a box of choclates sent to my aunt in Shadyside. They were fantastic. The price was right as well. Aunt Helen LOVED everything. I have ordered from other places over the years, as we are from pgh & this is by far the best palce to order from. The people working there were very helpful, friendly and professional. Having owned our own business in the pgh area for over 15 years, I know what great customer service is....they ROCK!!

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered from there for a friend in a nursing home, and by a strange turn of events the order was thrown out by the nursing home. Oliver's not only alerted me to a possible wrong address, but when I sorted things out with the home, they sent a new bouguet to my friend at no charge. This was not their fault and they were truly great to work with. I would order from them again and highly recommend them both for their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.

Negative experience: Delivery instructions weren't followed, arrangement didn't look anything like what's on the website, the stems were cut too short for the vase, recipient noted that the arrangement wasn't put together very well or with care. I've had better experiences with other shops, don't expect to use this one again.

Fantastic experience: I recently needed to send a sympathy bouquet to some family who live in Pittsburgh on short notice (next day delivery). First, let me say how easy their site was to use. It was easy to navigate, and even had some arrangement suggestions depending on the occasion for which you were purchasing. Each arrangement style also featured a standard, deluxe, and premium option, which I translated personally to “small, medium, large”. Also at the time of ordering, they were running a sale on free next-day delivery... can’t beat that! I didn’t necessarily care what flowers were used, I just wanted to have a nice arrangement put together. There was an option for “florist’s choice” available, and I figured that the florist probably had better taste in flowers than me anyway. They are the professional, after all! When I placed my order, I received an order confirmation. When the shop opened the following day, I receive confirmation that my order was being arranged,and then when it was delivered in the afternoon, I got another notification for delivery! This put me at ease, especially since I worried about the flowers making it to their destination in a timely manner. I didn’t need to worry at all! And when the recipients finally received the arrangement, they sent me a picture and many thanks for how beautiful it was. And it really was! I attached a picture to see for yourself! I had a wonderful experience with Oliver Flower Shop, and I will definitely order flowers from them again when the need arises!
