Fantastic experience: Wonderful, I called in an order and the person over the telephone was amazing. I ordered a custom arrangement for my wife while we were on vacation. All white in a vase with local greens. It was absolutely beautiful, with roses and lilies and hydrangeas. The smell of the lilies filled the room as it was already there when we checked in. Would definitely use them again if I'm in New Orleans!!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a team leader who is leaving our company and put in the request/message box online to add a black and gold ribbon if possible because she is a Saints fan. They went above and beyond putting the flowers in a beautiful Saints vase with gold bow. She showed us a picture and the flower bouquet was beautiful, and as vibrant as in the online picture, and she loved the Saints vase. The flowers were delivered on time (morning) and I received notification of delivery. I would absolutely use this flower shop again.

My sister (in London) ordered flowers for me (in Chicago) to pick up on a weekend trip to New Orleans as a surprise for our SIL's 40th bday. I came down with a terrible virus and ended up not being able to travel and Flora Savage did the legwork for me to coordinate delivery to a local restaurant where my SIL would be for dinner. Negative experience: Apparently you are supposed to notice, at the very bottom of their introductory webpage, under a whole paragraph claiming how they deliver all over New Orleans, because they know New Orleans, that there is a list of zip codes, in tiny numbers, that say where it is they actually deliver to. Well, I didn’t scroll to the bottom of the page, so I didn’t see this list. I was also not thinking about zip codes, because, well, I’m also in New Orleans, a mile and a half away from them! So, I took the time to go through their arrangements, of which they have a good number, all very beautiful indeed. I chose one, wrote a note to go with it, then filled the delivery address, to then find out, after adding my zip code, that they don’t deliver to it. Major waste of time. Luckily, I found another florist on Google maps that not only has beautiful arrangements, but when you click on their webpage, the first thing that pops up, as crazy as it may seem, is a large box asking for your zip code to see if they deliver in your area.

Fantastic experience: Needed a quick spur of the moment bouquet for my daughter. Walked up to the window, let the florist know the ocassion, fave colors and budget. Walked away with a stunning bouquet which also smells glorious! Quick edit! We still have fresh blossoms blooming on our bouquet. Two weeks and we are still enjoying it.

Fantastic experience: Chose the "custom bouquet" option on their website and requested "dark and moody" for my best friends birthday to be delivered the same day. Probably not a typical request nor the best way to describe flowers and despite that Flora Savage absolutely nailed it. The arrangement was so beautiful and so fragrant and was delivered out to Metry by noon on the same day I ordered. I can't recommend them enough. Be sure to choose the custom option and let them make something for you that isn't the norm. It was similar in price to all of the already designed stuff but they personalized it based on my request and made it so very special.

Positive experience: I had two experiences at Flora savage: one that was 5-stars worthy, beautiful flowers, colorful, fresh, no complaints about 3 weeks ago. I came back again for another bouquet and unfortunately some of the flowers that were added to this bouquet seemed to be wilting, which is too bad given how fresh and beautiful the first bouquet was.
