Fantastic experience: I experienced excellent customer service and support, which mattered immensely because I was an out-of-state customer simply hoping for the best for an arrangement for my late aunt’s celebration of life services. I traveled to Louisiana from California, so I got a chance to see the arrangement in person. It was beautiful and most importantly "BRIGHT!" That is what I wanted to capture my late aunt’s beautiful spirit and personality! It did the job! The flowers made it to the wake but not the dismissal and burial ceremony the next day. That is the ultimate salute of approval! The family kept that arrangement and didn't allow anyone to happen upon it and keep, as they knew that such a beautiful arrangement, in a glass vase would not stay at their mother's grave. That meant a lot to me! I know that people keep the Peace Lillies but I wanted to be of good cheer while remembering their late mom and I know that this arrangement accomplished that. Thank you to Mona's floral arrangers for listening, understanding my wishes and carrying them out! The photo I uploaded represents the arrangement I ordered but I asked for them to double the arrangement and use a larger vase .. and they did!

Fantastic experience: I don't remember if I left a review for this order or not, but it's worth doing again if I did . This is my second time ordering flowers delivered by Mona's Accents from out-of-town. This bouquet was for my mother's 76th Birthday...and to say that she R-A-V-E-D about every detail and giggled while doing it, is an understatement! Thank you and bless you for the care, professionalize, quality and patience shown. You guys are now my 'go-to' florists in New Orleans...I'll be back!!!

Positive experience: The florist did make contact with me to verify my delivery information, she went out her way to contact the funeral home, and the flowers were delivered on time. However, the person I spoke to was rude- professionally rude. Whether she realized it or not it is not acceptable to be short, have a condescending tone and attitudes with customers for no good reason. Also after she confirmed the online order with me over the phone it was updated incorrectly in an email to me the following day. When I called her back I had to deal with an unprofessional woman again whose goal in life is to provide customer service just not satisfaction! To be honest pay more and choose someone else. I’ll never understand why some people get into business that requires customer interaction when they don’t have the natural ability, skills, empathy or compassion required. Be thoughtful, kind, and patient with your consumer so they always come back and/or send business your way.

Fantastic experience: It was my Grandfathers birthday and they delivered his birthday flowers on time and he was so surprised and grateful! My grandfather also mentioned that this location is black owned and he was so happy that I supported their business. I highly recommend this establishment!

Positive experience: The only reason why they're getting three stars is because the flowers we did receive were gorgeously done. However, the way things were handled when we did not receive two of the three bouquets I ordered for my Mother's memorial was horrible. The morning of my Mom's memorial, the driver called saying nobody was there at the restaurant (they showed up before it was open). He also said there was only one bouquet out of the three bouquets we ordered ready. They had not made the other two bouquets because the designer didn't order enough flowers. When asked what we wanted to do, we said to make those other two with whatever white flowers they had on hand (which they agreed to). But, we never received the two missing flower bouquets. After the event, I tried to call but Mona's was closed. So, I emailed them and got an email back saying "I wanted to confirm that a redelivery was completed and the missing bouquets were provided ahead of your event. We understand how important this was for your family gathering and appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue." I forwarded this note to the restaurant event manager. Mona's never followed up to resolve the issue. So, I called Mona's six days after my initial email outreach. Mona herself called back and argued with me for about 10 minutes on the phone. She kept saying "But the two missing bouquets were dropped off ahead of the event and signed for by the workers at the restaurant." I reached back out to the restaurant event manager who said the two missing bouquets weren't found until later in the day. The delivery time on them said 1:45pm (almost 2 hours after the event started) and had NO NAME on them. So, a staffer thought they were for an event there that night and put them in a back room. Mona kept trying to pass off the blame 100% to the restaurant. Then, she asked why I didn't call when I noticed the two bouquets had never arrived. I was in the middle of my MOTHER's MEMORIAL talking to Aunts, Uncles, and cousins I hadn't seen in years. Not once did Mona ever offer to make the situation right by either a full or partial refund. After 10 minutes of this back and forth, I let her know that I was not trying to "pull the wool over her eyes" and my family was upset. She continued making excuses and blaming the restaurant. So, here's this lovely review. No refund or understanding at all. They didn't order enough flowers for three bouquets. They waited until 30 minutes before the event to tell us they didn't order enough flowers. They delivered the two replacement bouquets 2 hours after the event started. They argued with me instead of showing any sympathy. They didn't offer any form of a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Negative experience: Very Rude! Worse Customer Service. I called to make changes to my order, Mona told me she would give me a call back to confirm my order. I never received a call back. When i called to check on my order, it was on its way to its destination with no changes of my request. She also rushed me off the phone and told me she had to go. I will never order from here again!

Negative experience: I was told by a lady at this store on 11/16/22 to "make an order online" as she didn't want to do it over the phone and she told me to "make it for Dec 2nd" since it would not let me place the order for 11/17/22 and "It will be delivered tomorrow". This was for a FUNERAL. I paid $75 and it was never delivered... I had to call the funeral home to find that out... SO CARELESS. If you are going to tell me to do an order online for another day, BE MINDFUL of that order. How careless. Do not rely on this company to order online.

The one I ordered was to have black and gold football but they called me shortly after I ordered, to let me know that only the brownish football was available. They also corrected the delivery date for me, as I wasn't sure if funeral wreaths should be delivered the day of or the day before the service. And for the best part, the wreath was beautiful.

Fantastic experience: These were blessing in disguise to my step mom, as this will be her first Valentine's Day without my dad in over 20 years. The delivery person called her while enroute and she left the restaurant to meet them at the house. She was too tickled when she saw them, and kept telling me how beautiful they were (I know that the picture doesn't seem to do it much justice but she doesn't have the best of phones to take a picture. Fantastic experience: Monas Accents is wonderful. They provided such a beautiful flower arrangement. Additionally, their customer service was incredible. The flower delivery for me was scheduled for a Friday. It was a surprise and I was unaware of the delivery time and was not home. Monas accents held my flowers until Monday and delivered them Monday. I had missed a few calls from them regarding the flowers. Instead of being upset, which they had a right to be, they still graciously delivered this beautiful flower arrangement. They were true professionals and I am so grateful for the flowers from them.
