Regarding your order, we confirmed that it was in fact delivered, and you are aware that it was delivered.  We provided to you multiple proofs of delivery via two separate GPS coordinates , Photographs, and driver manifests. Additionally, we shared the original phone recording related to the order detailing there were no specific guarantees on a delivery time other than prior to 2pm, of which we delivered at 10:45am, and left inside the church at the entrance of the sanctuary. All requested services and products were fulfilled as agreed and requested.

We engaged in a detailed conversation with you about the delivery and even offered a complimentary replacement delivery to the recipient as a gesture of goodwill; however, this was declined. Ultimately, a full refund was provided to you, and we emailed you a copy of the refund as well as an email informing you that you were refunded. We as a company do find it disappointing that a customer would request their friend and family to go to social media and google to negatively review a small family business in hopes to hurt them while not sharing the full context of the situation.

We honestly aren't sure what else we can offer to meet your satisfaction, we are sorry that you feel we missed the mark.

We understand you were requested to leave a one-star review by the customer who placed an order with us. We believe it’s important to share the full facts of the situation.

We confirmed that the delivery was completed and provided multiple proofs, including two separate GPS tracking coordinates, photographs, and the original driver manifests. Additionally, we shared a phone recording indicating there were no specific guarantees on the delivery time, other than it would arrive before 2 PM, which we fulfilled at 10:45 AM. All requested services and products were delivered as agreed.
