Fantastic experience: Flowers came out great! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. I don't live nearby, but the website was super easy to navigate and I was alerted when they were delivered! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful arrangement! The flowers and service were fantastic. I ordered online in the evening so the store was closed. The process was easy except you don’t get an automatic confirmation until they open the next day. It is my only suggestion for improvement. It’s easy to set up an automatic reply. Saying we received your order and once the store opens if we have any we will reach out to you.

Negative experience: I ordered a wedding bouquet 6 days prior and scheduled to pickup 2 hours before my wedding. I got there to pick up and they had not made it said the ticket was never put in the computer. They did end up throwing something together last minute but then they charged me double what they originally told me for rush order. Im extremely disappointed with the service here and I wont be back. Spend your money elsewhere.

Negative experience: I called New Leaf from out of state to place an order for a next day birthday delivery. Abby was quite helpful on that call when I specified which arrangement I had selected from their portfolio. I specifically asked if all the flowers I upgraded to were in stock and I was told yes. Photos from my recipient shows that the Curly willow , which was an integral part of the design was left out! The actual design was very heavy and lopsided - it should have been a more artistic European lux design . I can’t say that the birthday girl was wowed… rather the comment was a kind “ it is lovely”. A true FAIL on this one New Leaf. You should have given me the option to change my selection , as well as replicated a better copy of CHIC & STYLED , rather than what was sent out. Disappointed… especially when I came to you for a more creative lux design. Your cost reflected that.

I work in the same office as who I ordered these for, which confirmed that what she got was not worth what I paid. The delivery fee is also high compared to other places I order from.

My wife and I went with New Leaf for our wedding flowers and frankly the flowers were the highlight of the event. After one 15 minute consultation and a few inspo photos from my now wife, Abby put together the most stunning bridal bouquet I've ever seen. Additionally the aisle markers and arrangements for the rehearsal dinner were perfect. Abby was very responsive and helpful and is an incredibly talented florist, my family has used New Leaf now for multiple weddings and my dad has purchased flowers from them for nearly 30 years and not once has anything been less than perfection. I can't recommend New Leaf enough to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion and especially for your wedding, ( also particularly Abby for weddings!) I will never order flowers from anywhere else again.

Fantastic experience: Went in and discussed w Marty my idea for some flowers for a shower. He listened to me, he made some suggestions, I placed my order and he and his team hit it OUT OF THE PARK when I went back in to pick up my flowers for the shower!

Negative experience: I ordered an arrangement picked out from your website for same day delivery. I called it in late. I appreciate you getting this done and delivered but the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. Flowers were old and wilted. Very disappointed and will not use this florist again. First picture is what I picked and ordered. Second picture is what was delivered.
