City Sweets Floral was open and delivered to Oklahoma Heart Hospital South within the hour. Excellent service and the flower arrangement was beautiful! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went here to get my granddaughter flowers for her birthday. I've never been here before and I went to the cooler and seen these flowers with bling (glitter) on the petals and I have never seen that before. My granddaughter is a little DIVA and this was perfect for her. I believe her name was Nina and she had asked me how much I wanted to spend, I told her and she began an arrangement right then. Oh my gosh it was PERFECT!!! I couldn't have asked for ANYTHING better. I added a few balloons with the order but the flowers definitely stole the show. I really pray my granddaughter loves it as much as I did. I will definitely be referring City Sweets to EVERYONE!!! I never knew it was a thing or they could bling out flowers like that. I wanted and tried to put a picture of the flowers on this post but I apparently don't know how but I will try again because I think everyone should see the beauty!! Fantastic experience: I went this morning to purchase some flowers and came upon some beautiful pink roses! They were reasonably priced and let me tell you about the customer service......she helped me pick the right vase, trimmed the stems, put a bow on the vase, put some beautiful greenery and baby's breath! They had the most beautiful sunflowers I've ever seen also. So many flowers and other gifts you can purchase! I was headed to Walmart for flowers but glad I stopped here instead!! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: My husband recently went there to purchase flowers for me. On the left is the picture of what he asked for, and on the right is what he actually received. The arrangement only had six roses, yet he was charged $50. He even had to go to another store to buy fillers just to make the bouquet look presentable. The wrapping paper was crumpled and looked very unprofessional. On top of that, he said the service was rude. When she handed him the flowers, she asked, “This is what you want?” He was so frustrated and disappointed with the arrangement that he just walked away. For $50, the quality and service he received were extremely disappointing. It’s really sad and unprofessional, especially for something as meaningful as flowers.

Positive experience: Quick stop on the corner of Air depot and Reno in MWC. Picked out a few individual roses and added baby’s breath at an ok price. Shop has a lot of cute gifts to choose from!

Negative experience: Tldr: Scam of a Service and Poor Quality Personal Background/Experience: Floral design artist with 10+ years experience Update: Over two years before a reply, excellent customer service. At the time, no refund was offered and neither was the professional designer service was offered. As for the other reviews, I do not have a brother and never will. My sister was also with me at the shop at the time (you can see part of her in one of the photos), and she was witness to the entire experience and is entitled to her agency to write a review or not. Original Review: Terrible customer service and flower quality. I came in today wanting a small, custom arrangement for a friend who is in the hospital. I went to this shop, based on good reviews. I was polite and patient the entire time. I selected two bundles of tulips ($20 each...$40 total) and a vase ($6). They originally were trying to give me the flowers just in their main plastic wrap, with green floral paper wrapped around it. I kept asking for the arrangement in the vase, but they kept declining saying they don't offer that service. So I asked them if they could trim the flowers, which they did. Realizing they weren't willing to put the flowers in the vase (I was planning on going direct to the hospital), I asked them for water in the vase. THEY DECLINED PUTTING WATER IN THE VASE. The lady that was assisting me told me that "she would get in trouble if she put water in the vase and that I have to get my own water". What a scam of a shop and service. I took my $54 worth of flowers and vase to my car. On the hood of my car in their parking lot, I poured water from my water bottle into the vase, and then placed the flowers into the vase myself. Again, such a scam. As I was placing the flowers, there were several that were damaged and mold growing on the stems. Their supplier is very poor quality and their prices are premium and service was lackluster at best.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a wrist corsage and boutonniere set. Went to pick up my order and Nina did an amazing job, they are beautiful.

Negative experience: I used to frequent this place when my mother was alive, I have a girlfriend now and I wanted to treat her. I walked in on the telephone and made a selection, the owner came quickly and rudely snatched the flowers out of my hand. She then proceeded to ring them up like rushing me to move through. I noticed and quickly ended my call and approached the counter. I asked if i could add a few roses she said yes just grab them and bring them. So i didn then handed my information over and she proceeded to give me a lesson on when to present paymemt options! I tried to remove my card from her hand and her tone changed to humble. I will not ever step foot back in an establishment that treats people like poop. You never know whats going on in peoples lives! Thanks for messing up my day, and ruining our possibilities of ever patronizing you again. Praying for you though! Get better not bitter!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service and the flowers, they have for options, they had internet issues when I originally places the order and had missed the original delivery but they did a great job fixing the issue and made the deliver. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
