Fantastic experience: I had Scott’s deliver some flowers to a hotel my wife and I were staying at. It was for my wife’s birthday. They worked with the hotel and got them there before we checked in. You could smell the boutique from the hallway. They were absolutely beautiful. Scott’s came highly recommended by family that lives in Amarillo. They were as advertised on every level. Thank you for making my wife’s day xtra special. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Scott’s Flowers in Amarillo during a very difficult time for our family. I ordered a sympathy arrangement online. The flowers were beautiful in person and looked just as they did in the photo online, which is not always the case when ordering sight unseen. What really stood out was their thoughtfulness. I had written a message for the card during checkout but forgot to include a signature. Someone from the shop actually called to check whether I wanted to add one. It was such a small but meaningful gesture and showed a level of care that you do not always find. Delivery was also incredibly prompt. The arrangement arrived as requested. Overall, excellent service, beautiful work, and genuine attention to detail. I would absolutely use Scott’s Flower Shop again and highly recommend them.

I knew when I called that I was talking to a real employee at a real Florist shop and not a disinterested phone salesperson not even at the shop location who wouldn't be able to answer basic questions. I hate getting a centralized online shipping florist. My order process was easy and my questions answered without the run around. The delivery was on time and correct. I was very happy with the experience.

Positive experience: I was hoping the flowers would have been more like the ones pictured on the website. Soft pinks and whites and cream colors…we got red and white roses. It was a glaring difference. Not what I wanted for my grandmothers funeral. It was lovely but not what I wanted for her. Delivery was fine. Teacup was fine.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Scott's. One of my best friend's passed away and since I live out of state, I wanted to send flowers to his family. The woman who contacted me about my order, Sherri I think is her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional when asking me questions about the address the flowers were being delivered to. The address I put in was the address I was given by the family of the deceased and I had no other information to give but that. She was insincere and almost acted annoyed with me that I couldn't give her more information about the location. Again, I live out of state. I do not know anything about that location except it was where they were holding my dear friend's celebration of life. This place rubbed me the wrong way and especially in times of need, where you are requesting help, places like this are supposed to make your experience pain free. Scott's did the exact opposite. I went with Shelton's in Amarillo instead. MUCH better.
