Fantastic experience: I walked in randomly and asked for two separate orders, both for the nurses that took care of my son while he was sick with cancer. The lady at the counter told me it would be a little while, as they had several orders ahead of me. Told me to return at 3, and the orders would be ready. She made recommendations and I went with them. At 3, I went back and picked up the most beautiful arrangements I had seen in a while!! The nurses they were for loved them, and the colors went perfect for the reason behind the arrangements. I have been to Freeman’s several times, and they have never failed me in how beautiful and well put together their products are!! 10/10 recommend this shop!!

Negative experience: We went in to see what was in stock. They did not have any arraignment ready. Have to order. The front desk/Cashier didn't even speak to us. She did not make us feel welcomed. We were there about 15 minutes. Looked at the plants and Orchids. Then left. Not a word. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Fantastic experience: I ordered several different arrangements at noon. They were delivered in little more than 2 hours. The flowers were gorgeous. The service was terrific . (Terri) was very patient and so helpful with my order. My girlfriend was in tears with happiness. Great job!

I was not familiar with the florist in that area, but I was very impressed with the website and the photos. We were there for the memorial and saw the flowers we ordered. Negative experience: I will never order from this shop again. I asked for Purple flowers only and a vase was unnecessary. $60 I paid for a bouquet and received wilted and broker flowers. Additionally, the flowers were pink, purple, and blue. I feel like I could have went to Walmart and got better for cheaper!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet for a first date, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The arrangement was absolutely stunning beautiful yellow roses, white lilies, baby’s breath, and what was supposed to be just 3 tulips turned into 6, plus a few extra buds that may still bloom. That little bonus meant a lot. The flowers looked even better in person than I imagined, and they made the moment feel incredibly special. Negative experience: Was not very pleased with the arrangement. For paying over $100, it honestly looked like a $30 order. I am very familiar with flowers. I am a manager in a store and we have a floral department. I do not live in the state where I needed to have them delivered. Or I would have had my team make one for me. One rose in the bunch. What a disappointment. I would not recommend ordering arrangements over the phone. For the price and arrangement, it definitely was a mistake on my part. All I wanted was surprise her. The arrangement surprised me not in a positive way.

Fantastic experience: I called short notice, on Friday of mother's day weekend. They made a beautiful corsage for my mother. I originally asked for Saturday delivery. I found out my mom wouldn't be home on Saturday. I notified Freeman. On Friday afternoon around 4pm, they made the corsage and delivered it Friday afternoon!! I will always use this florist from now on! And very friendly employees on telephone!

Negative experience: **Update: The day after I picked up the flowers and had posted the review below this update, Freeman's sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a note of apology. I'm all for giving a second chance, so I will continue to do business with Freeman's Flowers and I appreciate their concern for my feelings. I posted a picture of the apology flowers. I was told by Freeman's that they tried to deliver flowers, but no one was home. No one ever called or came by. The lady then asked if I was going to be in town the next day. I said yes, so she asked me to come and pick the flowers up. I don't think that's my job. I am 68 and disabled. I'm a caregiver for my 88 year old mother. The flowers were from my best friend because we've been BFFs 55 years. I was not happy. My friend is no longer going to do business with Freeman's.

By the time we got the news it was Saturday, and we were scrambling to find a florist that was open.
