Fantastic experience: I had a very urgent need for flowers, and this florist handled everything perfectly. The bouquet arrived much faster than I expected, yet it still looked fresh, elegant, and carefully arranged. The flowers had a soft and calming appearance that felt very appropriate for the situation. I really appreciated the care taken in preparing it so quickly without affecting quality. Delivery was respectful and on time. It genuinely helped me during an emotional moment, and I’m thankful for the reliable service.

Fantastic experience: I was inspired to create these beautiful centerpieces for my engagement party after I visited Flor Keeps in Dallas. Santiago was super helpful in talking me through how many bouquets I would need to create these centerpieces. He shipped the flower the same say I placed my order making sure they got to me in enough time for me to put the arrangements together. Santiago and Flor Keeps will always be my go to for beautiful and long lasting flowers!

Fantastic experience: I love the flowers but I wish they have more wrapping options to make the bouquet look nicer. I took my bouquet to HEB and asked them to rewrap and rearrange the flowers, and it came out looking so much better (it was free too).

Fantastic experience: This place is so cute. Individual bouquets are smaller than expected. There are different prices for the bouquets the cheapest bouquet on the wall was $15 and it goes up from there. I walked out with a few things. I wish they had more preserved rose bouquets because they're so pretty.

Negative experience: The online photos are deceiving. I ordered a $60 bouquet online and was left severely disappointed. This is not usable as a gift as I had intended. Highly recommend going in person if you’re going to buy one so you can do your own quality control. I uploaded photos of what was advertised versus what I bought.

Fantastic experience: My wife ordered some flowers for our daughter-in-law for her birthday to be delivered to us to take to her. UPS showed the flowers delivered but we didn’t receive them. I spoke with Santiago, the owner, and he was so gracious to provide a new set of flowers to be sent directly to my DIL. His kindness and customer service were beyond outstanding! He said if the original order showed up to my home I should keep them and enjoy them myself. Well, they did show up eventually and they are beautiful!! Not many businesses have the great customer service that FlorKeeps has these days. Plus, their flowers are gorgeous! Thank you Santiago for all of your help! I’m a customer for good now!

Fantastic experience: After an awful experience with the delivery driver (visible frustration, complete language barrier, seemingly aggressive behavior), I submitted an internal review to Flor Keeps. Within what seems like seconds, the owner, Santiago, called me to follow-up on my review. After explaining the situation in full, he reassured me that the driver is not employed by Flor Keeps, but by an outside delivery service. He further assured that this behavior is not how he wishes his company to be portrayed and banned the delivery driver from his website and future deliveries. Additionally, Santiago graciously invited me to visit his store to help me in person next time we place an order through Flor Keeps. I am extremely impressed by the amount of professionalism and kindness I received and will continue purchasing through this company in the future. 11/10 customer service! Added bonus, the flowers are beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Flor Keeps is an incredible locally owned dried-flower shop in Austin, TX. I have bought many special occasion bouquets from them, and each time they deliver an exceptional product with wonderful customer service. There are so many options, and great price ranges for all budgets. I ordered a bouquet recently and thought I selected delivery, and they reached out letting me know it was ready for pick-up. I responded I meant to select delivery, and they adjusted my order immediately and got it sent to my location (same-day local delivery) in such a short time. Their proactive customer support, and warm assistance every time will keep me purchasing from them for many years!

I normally don’t like buying flowers for my partner because they die so dried arrangements that last over a year is amazing and a fantastic way to add some color to the house. Highly recommend checking their shop out.

Negative experience: Ordered what I thought was a nice box of roses buds, and what I received was a miniature box that was 2" x 2". Photo on Google was very deceiving. Too embarrassed to even give the flowers. There should be something highlighting that this is miniature box. Definitely not worth the $53 I paid. The picture shows the scale as the box sits in my chair.

Fantastic experience: Flor Keeps is such a cool and beautiful concept! They have a wide selection of bouquets and prices in all budgets. Unlike regular bouquets, these will last 1 to even 2 years! My girls loved the big paint brushes on the walls and we took lots of pictures. The shop is a bit smaller than I thought but still has a wide selection in all colors and styles. We took home a beautiful pink and mossy bouquet to display at home. There was plenty of parking outside as well! I highly recommend visiting for a unique gift to give!

Fantastic experience: FlorKeeps designed and put together our bridal flowers, and we are completely obsessed with them! We live in San Antonio, and Santiago and Lauren made the process so so easy. We put together a vision for what we liked, and Lauren the floral designer went above and beyond. We were able to pick them up a full month before the wedding, taking all the stress off worrying about day-of vendor deliveries. They are the most beautiful arrangements I've seen, and we were even able to use them as center pieces for our rehearsal cocktail party. The flowers are stunning, and the best part is that our bridal party and family get to keeps these beautiful pieces in their homes for years to come. My mom even ordered some additional flowers from FlorKeeps to put together our center pieces.

Anyways the bouquets are beautifully arranged. I purchased online and when I arrived the gentlemen told me he likes for his customers to pick their arrangement, he guided me to the spot in which the arrangement I chose was and I got to pick the one I liked the most!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, I recently found out that I am allergic to fresh flowers. Last year, I asked my fiancé to buy me flowers because I love the sentiment and significance that they give to a person. However, when he bought them, I immediately started having a runny nose, sneezing, and redness/itchiness in the eyes. So unfortunately I had to throw the flowers away and stop buying flowers. Until NOW! I came here on a whim after an instagram post listening that they are dried and preserved flowers. I figured that since they are dried, it would prevent my allergies from flaring up. Sure enough, I entered the shop and didn’t immediately start having a sneezing fit. Then, I risked my sinuses just for others who have the same issue as me, and I took a big whiff of the flowers. It has been an hour since I bought these beautiful flowers and I have yet took my first sneeze or feel any type of allergic flare! The owner gave us an amazing experience for the few minutes we were there (we arrived 20 minutes before closing) and did not overstep or force any type of flowers to me. The prices here are very reasonable and the design and thought of the bouquets that they sell are truly beautiful. They last a year, but I already want to buy more!

Their presentation in the shop and in the bouquets themselves made it marvelous to look through. I'm definitely going to return for my own home and for gifts. The shop shares a large parking lot with the surrounding strip of businesses.

Positive experience: Beautiful shop! I was excited to visit from out of town but was instantly put off as I entered, by the girl working at the register. She is not friendly at all. She stood there looking like she had a better place to be. She didn’t offer to help anyone. The energy was not good. I left pretty quickly and didn’t purchase anything. I’m in customer service and I would not want her representing my brand.

Negative experience: Besides the hard location to get to, I was not so impressed inside. No water needed but SMELL is! I don't even recall seeing scents for sale. Even mom wishes they had flower smell. I was so embarrassed. Ok, for once, but not again. Real get better results with my mom.
