My daughter recently moved and she lives near her in-laws. It was her mother-in-law‘s birthday today and I asked my daughter what florist would be near her so because this one was open till 7 pm and it was after 5 I needed to get the flowers ordered I picked this one and boy was I lucky I picked right the owner Debbie answered. I’m pretty sure this is a family owned business. She was so friendly and helpful and when I called, I was unprepared and was trying to find the address I wanted it sent to. She was so patient And so helpful. Gave me some suggestions I decided on a beautiful lavender waterfall orchid Very responsive text me the next day this beautiful orchid see picture that she was actually going to send no florist has ever done that. I actually got to see what I had purchased. It was so much more beautiful than I even thought it was a windy day So she wanted to make sure the recipient was Home before it was delivered. Call her in the morning and when she didn’t hear back had reached out to me to let me know she was waiting for the call. Finally got notified after 5 o’clock that someone was home so I reached out to tell her and even though it was after 5 they still delivered the flowers heard great feedback about the delivery that the delivery person was so sweet and when they offered to tip him he said he was already taken care of on the other side super honest! The whole experience was amazing from my end of it to the recipient delivery And the most beautiful orchid anyone has ever seen! So glad that I chose this florist and this will definitely be our new family go to for all occasions! Thank you Debbie!!!

Fantastic experience: I had never sent flowers to someone in the United States from Canada and not only was the experience seamless and the arrangement beautiful but when the hiccup came of the intended recipients of this bouquet not being in town I was told that a second bouquet would be made and delivered a week later when they were in town. Fantastic experience: I've lived in Henderson for 30 years and have driven by Antique Rose for years but never needed a florist. Unfortunately my sister passed away and I needed a standing spray for the funeral. I finally went to Antique Rose and was kindly greeted and given many options to choose from. They did an excellent job of customizing the spray with some of my sister's favorite flowers and it was stunningly beautiful Customer service was great, very kind and sympathetic. I will use them again for any occasion.

Fantastic experience: I called and spoke with Debbie to order a flower arrangement for delivery. She made the process SO easy and seamless, and the product was beautiful on top of that. My friend just had a baby at a hospital in Henderson and my other friends and I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers from us all, none of which live in Nevada at all. I was able to send a beautiful arrangement through a phone call all the way from the Midwest and I just cannot stress how wonderful the service truly was. She was even able to deliver it the same day, just a couple of hours later which no other service provided. 10/10, I would use this florist again and I’m so happy that I found this cute small business by the luck of Google! :)

I found Antique Rose on Google, and lucky for me, they are one of the closest florists to me. I walked in to their cozy, homey shop and was pleasantly surprised to find out they are 100% family owned and operated(three generations present at the time). Very friendly and informative staff. I gave them a target budget and a basic idea for my wife’s Valentine delivery and they provided me with plenty of options. I trusted them with free reign of the design and detail and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The little details are a fantastic touch! My wife absolutely LOVES the arrangement! They are more beautiful than I imagined! I paid good money, and my wife got every penny’s worth! We are both VERY HAPPY! These folks are very personable and pleasant to work with. Negative experience: I purchased an arrangement for Mother’s Day and it was pretty, however it was not what I had ordered. When I first walked in to place an order there was a gentleman picking up a gorgeous arrangement, and I asked for the same thing he bought. Which he told me only cost him $85 and he had ordered two days ago, I was up-charged to $100. I did not mind, given that I loved the arrangement he had. It was rather disappointing to see that I did not receive the same one at all. Mine had dark colors, purples, which I despise meanwhile what I asked for had whites and pinks color and numerous roses, mine had two purple roses. I did not complain at pickup, as I was running late for lunch reservations. Plus there was another customer at the front desk. Luckily these flowers were a gift from my brother to my mom, and not for me. The quality of the flowers is outstanding, the service was underwhelming as I did not receive what I specifically ordered, when they looked up that customers last name, and even mocked it since it was a unique Asian last name.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet for my Mother ‘s birthday 2-20-24. I live in Idaho and called Antique Rose because my Mother lives in Henderson. When I called the shop on Sat to place my order, I was greeted with a kind woman that took my order. She made suggestion of what the flowers would look like and told me she would send a pic the day they were delivered. As promise I received a text with a picture of the flowers but the picture was kinda hard to see the full view. My mother called me to thank me for the flowers. When my mother sent me a picture I was pleasantly surprise at how beautiful they turned out. The flowers were fresh, lush and the vase was packed with tons of different floral varieties. This florist is a gem in downtown Henderson. I would highly recommend this florist for anyone that wants to purchase flowers. Thank you so much for your beautiful arrangement. Fantastic experience: I called from Kansas City, Mo and explained that I needed flowers with pink and gold and a Flamingo Theme. They delivered a beautiful arrangement with the cutest birthday sign using flamingos to make the number. I received photos the evening before delivery. Delivery was on time too. Could not have asked for more...oh well yes...there is one more thing. They used peonies out of season and that is one of the birthday girl's favorites!
