Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my experience. This bouquet was for my wedding day, and I specifically requested no white roses the one detail I emphasized. I even tipped generously before delivery to show appreciation. Unfortunately, the bouquet arrived with flowers that looked exactly like white roses. When the florist called to confirm delivery, I mentioned my concern. The driver initially offered to come fix it, but after speaking with the designer, he decided not to, saying they weren’t white roses, just another flower that looked like them. Regardless of the name, they looked exactly like what I asked to avoid. I ended up redoing my bouquet myself while getting my hair and makeup done, and when I told the driver, he chastised me, saying I’d probably destroyed it. For the cost and importance of the day, I expected much more care and compassion. What should have been a joyful detail became a stressful disappointment. I have inspo pics below, I expressed wanting something similar to the dark green background bouquet.

Fantastic experience: I ordered from English Garden from out of state because a friend was in the hospital in Vegas. I placed the order online, providing my friend's name and the hospital she was at. I had ordered for same day delivery. Prior to putting the bouquet together and going to the hospital, English Garden called the hospital to find out if my friend could receive live flowers, which she couldn't at that time. English Garden called me and explained that they would keep calling the hospital until my friend was able to receive flowers. The next day, she had been moved to a regular room and they delivered a beautiful bouquet. My friend's nurse even called after it was delivered and said the flowers made a huge difference in my friend's mood. Thank you, English Garden!

I submitted an order for a florist’s choice arrangement for local delivery to my mother (just because), noting that I loved the example at the top of their recent promotional email. I called to make sure they knew what I was referring to in my submission and let them know that my selected delivery date could be moved if labor day weekend was super busy for them, and they were beyond kind, accommodating, and insistent on keeping my original chosen date. The arrangement arrived safely and turned out even better than I had expected. It’s apparent that the crew at English Florist take great pride in what they do, and I’ll be calling them any time that I’m in need of a local flower arrangement. Original Review: So glad I chose English Garden out of the hundreds of local flower shops in Vegas to create and deliver an arrangement for Mother’s Day! I live across the country from my mom, but I wanted to support a small business as opposed to a large online company; I sifted through shop after shop and tons of reviews in order to find this shop, which was one of the few well-rated ones that allowed a simple way to customize an arrangement. I asked for a small arrangement using fragrant purple and yellow flowers primarily (her favorite colors), and I left it up to the florist with no preview of how it might look. Fortunately, it turned out even better than I had hoped for, it arrived promptly as scheduled in great condition, and my mom loved it! I will most definitely be contacting them again for future floral needs.

Fantastic experience: English Garden put together beautiful arrangements for our wedding at The Smith Center earlier this year. We were so happy with everything they designed, and the reception centerpieces, in particular, were stunning and far exceeded our expectations! They were able to work within our budget and deliver exactly what we wanted. (We got quotes from around half a dozen florists and a few of them were actually several thousand dollars above English Garden.) They are a bit old school in their processes (our order was typed up in a Word document in, like, 16-point font, for example), but rest assured they will deliver! There's a reason they've been a staple in floral in Las Vegas for decades! We'll definitely be going back to them for future floral needs.

Positive experience: I contacted them to get a quote for a bouquet and their only response was “sorry we don’t do artificial” which I never said I wanted artificial… I wanted real lol. I told them that and they never replied? Kind of an odd way to go about responding to inquiries.

Positive experience: I was extremely disappointed with the florist's service. They claimed it would only take 5 minutes to arrange my flowers, but I ended up waiting a frustrating 30 minutes instead. Their lack of respect for my time was truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Might I add I needed to visit my friend in hospital who sadly past away whilst I was waiting for the flowers. I am extremely saddened by their passing. We put the flowers on the coffin instead. At least the flowers were descent.

Megan was so helpful and friendly making the whole experience fabulous! I was able to pick and choose different flowers I would like to add to the bouquet all while getting expert advice. They made me the perfect wedding bouquet in less than 24 hours! And they even gave it with a vase to keep it fresh and safe during transport and after the event. Fantastic experience: English Garden Florist, Las Vegas is a professional company that goes out of its way to provide the best customer experience possible. It just happened that the recipient of the flower arrangement I ordered was not available on the delivery day I chose. The company immediately informed me, and delivered the flowers the next date the recipient was available, at no extra charge to me. Further, numerous staff commented on how beautiful the arrangement is.
