Positive experience: Ordered these flowers for a birthday surprise to be delivered. There were some hiccups during the delivery, which was fine, but the flowers stated wilting with petals falling g off after 2 days. I texted the shop with those details and pictures and haven't received a reply. Probably won't be ordering from here again. Our flowers from Kroger lasted longer than these. EDIT: they reached out and wanted to make it right, so they delivered new flowers today.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for Valentine's nearly a month in advance for a 9:30am to 11:30am delivery to my wife's work. By 12:30 I still had no confirmation of delivery, so I asked my wife if she had received anything. Nothing had been delivered. I then tried to call the store numerous times over the next few hours and they had shut off their phone line, so no one could contact them. You would think a proper business would be able to deliver on an order that was sent in so far in advanced (WITH TIP!!!!). I had been using 1-800-flowers for the best 4 or 5 years, but after having numerous issues with them, I decided it was time to try a local store, but after this experience I am never using them again. I highly recommend finding another florist. They tried to scam me by saying they delivered the flowers around 6:30pm to a closed building with no one there? Yeah. Okay. Find a better florist.

Negative experience: I placed a simple, 10 roses order to be delivered to my girlfriend’s workplace on valentines. I placed the order at 8 in the morning and called as well as emailed and explained my girlfriend leaves her workplace at 12:30 PM and if it could please be delivered by that time. The shop is 5 minutes away from my girlfriend’s workplace and considering they charge $15 for delivery I thought 4 hours was a reasonable time-frame to get 10 roses in a box delivered less than 2 miles away. Apparently not. Ruined the surprise and the entire day. What a waste. Very disappointed. Update: the flowers were not only not delivered by time , they werent delivered at all. My girlfriend now probably thinks I just didn’t get her anything. They’re closed today and tomorrow and did not answer my calls yesterday. This entire place should be ashamed.

Negative experience: I ALWAYS order McShan's and will never stray again. Orders flowers yesterday. It is 5:25 on Valentine's Day and they are not delivered. I see that I am not the only one this happened to. I have emailed the flower shop-no response. The phone has been off of the hook all day giving a busy signal. I understand that things happen, maybe the deliverer quit, who knows- but calling customers with a heads up would be ideal. $100-$420 Valentine's Day flowers undelivered is pretty upsetting. Not to mention the poor people that went without their Valentine's surprise. How awful. ORDER FROM MCSHANS- SAME PRICES AND ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.

Negative experience: Ordered a rose bouquet for my supervisor retirement party, it was $89.00 and $116.00 with tax and delivery. They were supposed to be purple roses but they are white with some stain that I guess was supposed to turn them purple but they look more like a light gray - they look terrible. The bouquet itself looks uneven, and it was just embarrassing to give to the supervisor. Don't recommend this place at all.

I wanted to sent flowers my local florist could not help me so I googled florist in Mesquite. I chose Stacie’s Lazy Daisy Flora Designs. I have order many funeral arrangements over the years and this by far has been my best experience. Not only were the flowers absolutely beautiful but the most amazing thing was she sent me a text with the picture of my flowers that I had ordered. You always wonder what your flowers that you sent looked like well Stacie sends a pic. Thank you so much for the job you did on these amazing flowers

The arrangements were very beautifully designed, even nicer than the image on the website I used to pick them out. They also texted me a picture of each arrangement as they were finished. Fantastic experience: I recently received the small pink arrangement and I can say that it was by far the most gorgeous flowers my partner has ever gifted me. He decided to purchase here again for Valentine’s Day. To say I was underwhelmed by what showed up is an understatement. The arrangement was delivered close to 8pm. My partner apparently had to call multiple times to make sure it was still coming. There seems to have been an issue with our arrangement that was never communicated to him, until he called very late in the evening inquiring as to why it had not been delivered yet. The arrangement is just very sad looking. Some of the flowers came already bruised/dried out. There’s an excessive amount of greenery filling that just makes it look like a bunch of weeds growing out of it. There’s a huge bald spot at the top, and quite honestly it just looked to me like it was made by an amateur. Comparing to the other arrangements I see on these reviews and the one I previously received, this does not seem professionally made to me. I’m sure it was probably just the Valentine’s day rush, but I would’ve much rather they cancelled the order or rescheduled the delivery for another day if it would’ve ensured a better experience. Update 2/20/24 Wow. I was not expecting a replacement, a sincere apology/explanation would’ve done, we still planned to purchase here, just thought to avoid busy dates. However, they delivered a second arrangement today and it was just as gorgeous as the first one. Very thankful they took the time to make it right.

Negative experience: Sold me some flowers that looked dead. When I gave them to my wife she saw them she like the flowers except the dead ones. Other than that pretty good flowers.

Negative experience: Place stunk like cigarette smoke and lady gave attitude after going back to say color was wrong. Definitely not worth $100 plus dollars! Even to be last minute don’t say you can do something and half a** it. Asked for some red and says she can add red color then change it. Will never do business again here.

Fantastic experience: I received flowers from here for Mother’s Day (delivery) and they were beautiful. I really liked them and great quality. I later found out from my husband (who had sent them from overseas) had ordered the premium package with chocolates and balloons, two things which I never received. He paid close to 200 dollars and they only delivered flowers. Cute flowers but not worth over 150 dollars. Update: The owner apologized many times and graciously refunded us for the items not delivered. Wonderful service!

Negative experience: I ordered this corsage for my son to present to his date for the prom tonight. I paid 43 w/tax for this. The roses are already wilting and it’s been in the fridge overnight. I’m embarrassed yo have him give this to her on their big evening. I should have used another florist but now it’s to late. Could have made this myself and saved $..

Negative experience: Order flowers for Valentines for my wife and they never did have the flowers ready or call or email letting me know that they Won't have them ready for the day and they had there phones off that day so I couldn't get ahold of them to see what's going on. So I called them the next day she said they are ready now and I asked since they didn't have them ready for Valentines at least have the Decency to delivering them to my wife which is right around the corner from them and she said we can charge you $15! Guess they lost a customer!!!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service!! I ordered a dish garden to be delivered to a Friend who is grieving the loss of her child. I asked Amanda to send me a picture of the arrangement since this was my first time ordering with Stacie’s she said she would. She did not. The recipient of my gift sent me a picture yesterday after it was delivered and in no way did it resemble what I selected from their website. I called and asked that it be re-delivered as ordered. They didn’t deliver a dish garden, only a plant and it looked embarrassingly cheap, right down to the bow. They re-delivered today and left it outside the residence. Amanda sent the screenshot to my landline today, even though I clarified and confirmed my cell number multiple times. It again went out today without my prior approval. First and last time to order from Stacie’s. They weren’t honest with me about not having in stock what I ordered and sent a much less expensive plant. SO very embarrassing.

I'm originally from the area but I'm of state now and use Teleflora to send gifts to loved ones. I have had multiple problems from other Teleflora florist not delivering the right arrangement or sending something that looked like it came from the grocery store. I gave Stacie's a call before placing the order to express my concerns from past experiences using Teleflora but Stacie's guaranteed me that they would deliver a quality product!
