Fantastic experience: I ordered a circle and easel arrangement the day before a funeral memorial services and Estrella’s Flower Shop was quick and available to deliver the floral arrangement to the funeral home the next morning. The deliverer, Beni, was super communicative - he gave me a call upon delivery and then sent both a photo and video of the arrangement in which I was impressed with. I believe I paid about $230 and will admit that it was worth it. I definitely will be using Estrella’s Flower Shop in the future.

Fantastic experience: Always more than happy with Estrella’s. Just today, I meant to call in first thing this morning to place an order for delivery. I ended up placing the call at almost 12:00. ‍♂️. I was on a very tight timeline and apologized to them for ordering and needing delivery on very short notice. They created exactly what I described and had it delivered without an issue within about an hour n a half. Out of the countless florists and flower shops in the DFW area, this one here is a step above and always been a pleasure to work with. Always awesome flower arrangements and very competitive pricing compared to a lot of shops in the surrounding area. They are extremely friendly and accommodating on top of that. Great quality flowers and so fresh, the picture just does not do justice to the sheer size of both the flowers and bouquet.

I called to ask a few questions and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone asked me to send photos of the arrangements and they would let me know if they could do them. Within minutes of sending pics, I received a reply that they would be able to. I called them on Friday at almost close of business for 2 very large standing sprays and 1 smaller standing basket and the flowers were made and delivered the following Wednesday. I think they did a fabulous job accommodating my wishes. They contacted the Funeral home to make certain what time and day to bring the flowers and sent me photos of each to make sure I was satisfied. They were very thorough, and the arrangements were beautiful. Thank You Estrella's!!! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Estrella’s Flower Shop gave me great service and products (January 17, 2022). I phoned in an order for two flower arrangements for my daughter-in-law who was in labor. They were delivered before my son, daughter-in-law, and their new daughter left the delivery room (probably within 4 hours of my order). Estrella’s even took the time to find out what building they were in at the hospital, because I did not know. I chose the arrangements after looking through their website. From my husband and myself I picked “Baby Girl” and my son chose “Lorena’s Creations.” Both were outstanding, and “Lorena’s Creations” was even more outstanding than the picture on their website. I would definitely use them again. Flower quality and service were excellent.

However I realized an hour before the visitation that I’d forgotten a very important ‘sister’ ribbon for one arrangement. I contacted them and they went out of their way to rush it over. It seems like a small thing but to the family member that ribbon was very important. Their customer service focus was appreciated and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!
