Negative experience: The arrangement was nice, but it was not the arrangement I selected from the website. I selected pink tulips and the arrangement received was white tulips that hadn’t bloomed yet. It was pretty disappointing.

Positive experience: The ordering procedure and delivery was more than excellent. However, the delivery time was not mentioned as there were no options to post on the website. I had to call the store in the morning to follow up on the delivery, but they were still setting up the order. There has to be an option to chose the time of delivery, as the recipient worked in a business, usually from 8-5, and some other times online. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I found Urban Florists after a quick search and discovered they would be open early enough on a Saturday to pick up flowers. That Saturday was my wedding day and I wanted to surprise my now-wife with flowers while she was getting ready. I wanted to send her something like a dozen white roses. Cheesy, but what can I say. I talked to Urban Florists and told them what I was thinking and my budget. The day of the wedding, I got a call from them saying it would be about a half hour later, but that’s because they were making sure they had the best flowers they could find. I’ll admit, I was a little annoyed, but I said I would make it work. I would like to say I am sorry for the attitude and thank you Urban Florists! I didn’t see the flowers until after the wedding and oh my god. The arrangement they made was incredible. A huge arrangement of white roses, white chrysanthemum, baby’s breath, and greenery. That was on October 5th and today is October 15th. The flowers are just now drooping. Thank you Urban Florists for making our special day more special.

Negative experience: My family ordered a large funeral arraingment, flowers were beautiful but the banner that was place on it made it look very cheap. ( sad to say that it was the talk of the day about how tacky the banner looked) Was made with glue and glitter with very small messy lettering. I hope in the future the company can purchase already made lettering for their funeral banners in many colors.

Negative experience: Very disappointed I understand they didn’t have the exact flowers that I ordered but the vase was entirely different. Color theme was entirely different. In my opinion less expensive flowers added in just a fill it up!! In addition Urban Florist should have called me before filling my order if they could not exactly match; not AFTER delivery. This is what I ordered. Only thing that matched was one white rose.
