Negative experience: Im am really disappointed with what I got, I took a picture in store of what I was supposed to pick up for valentines and it was completely different. I mean, I literally asked if that specific one I was purchasing was the one I will pick up for Valentine’s Day and the lady said yes. Well I show up and it was all different, I sent it back to see if they can match the picture and well, there’s what I got. It’s pretty but it’s not what I paid for, and if you are spending 300$ on an arrangement it BETTER look the same as what I paid.

Positive experience: The flower selection was very limited online. Wish there were more options for non-roses. They had a great online experience where I could pay with PayPal or Venmo or credit card. So it was great to send flowers to an out of state close friend that lives in Billings MT. (322898)

Negative experience: So, I have just one thing to say to the store shelve organizers, please do better. I bought a cloud rain maker that was on display with a labeled barcode and price, the box was completely empty. The clerk that helped me was very nice but sold me an empty box of which I have no receipt for anymore. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. All I ask is to not put a fully labeled and priced box in the front of the display.

Fantastic experience: For Prime Inc truck drivers: Code GLBIL Very easy to deliver to, you cannot see where to back to on the satellite so that’s why I wanted to review and help some of you arrive better prepared. The man and woman who unloaded were super friendly and fast. In my photo you see a red arrow, that is where the manhole is located and where the back of your trailer needs to go. I went around back and turned around in the space with the yellow circle, however if you arrive after business hours the parking lot will likely be empty, and you can use the yellow arrow on the left to line yourself up with the building and straight back. Super straight forward delivery, just wanted to share my strategy and make Prime drivers aware and prepared of where the trailer needs to be at.

Fantastic experience: As usual, the staff was very friendly and the anniversary bouqet of roses was beautiful! I would highly recommend using Gainans vs. the local super market. You get what you pay for.

Negative experience: My partner and I went to Gainans midtown today to get out of the house, wander around a bit and maybe pick up a plant. Most of the employees were great, though the visit was ruined because one staff member (I believe her name was Nicole) apparently thought we looked sketchy and watched us like a hawk as we looked around the store. Looking at Jewelry she stared at us from behind the counter (trying to appear as if she weren't), and every single area we went to, she was there, straightening something, or arranging candles or flowers in eyesight. Eventually I confronted her and told her that we were just out trying to enjoy our day and that we weren't going to steal anything from her and didn't appreciate being profiled. I told her that I work in law enforcement, and my partner works for a law firm and that NOT EVERYONE IS A THEIF. It honestly ruined the morning.

Fantastic experience: I've been ordering floral arrangements for years from Gainan's and they ALWAYS deliver (no pun intended). The website is easy to use and navigate and they are courteous and professional. A great company for the city of Billings to be proud of. Thanks you Gainan's!.

Negative experience: Ordering was easy, note is exactly as mentioned. Flowers aren't bloomed, and contents spilled on way up to house. Left a special request to please call my phone number so I could put away the dogs before arrival. Request wasn't followed and caused a bit of panic inside the house because of the dogs when delivery arrived. Overall pretty okay. But I'll probably look elsewhere for flowers next time I need them delivered.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to Gainan’s since I was a young girl. It was a favorite store of my families. Yesterday, I was visiting from out of town and what a change in customer service. It was a horrible experience. It was a like a pack of old wolves. It was not inviting at all. The women working there were super snobby and so up on themselves, it was sad. Get a grip ladies, it’s a flower shop. Be kind it’s more welcoming and such a better experience.

Negative experience: Normally Gainans is spot on, but they were super disappointing today. I pre-ordered a boutonniere and a corsage for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I asked for white roses and a teal ribbon. When I picked it up this morning, it was blush (light pink) roses and a sparkly ribbon. I talked to them about my order not being correct and they said that they could change the ribbon but that they did not have any white roses, not to mention the fact that the roses that were used were “spray roses” which one I ordered did not know that they were the size of my thumb to the first knuckle. Not worth what I paid!!

Negative experience: Had a good experience at first. Minor problems could be solved by e-mail or telephone (unfortunately I live far away and am dependent on a local service provider). The last order was not carried out to my satisfaction and I had subsequent questions about this. Unfortunately, two emails with questions from me were not even answered. I can understand that not everything can always run smoothly and problems are there to be solved. But that's no way to deal with customers. I give 2 stars because there were also things I was satisfied with.

Fantastic experience: We have always had positive experiences with Gainan's. One of my daughters, who lives out of state, placed an order at a supposed local florist. Unfortunately 4 days later, and many run arounds, she realized it had been a scam. I told her we had always used Gianan's, so she placed an order and they were here in less than 2 hours. Everyone is always extremely helpful, friendly and their work is beautiful.

Negative experience: I’ve purchased several of their most expensive arrangements every single year for my wife during Valentines, her Birthday and Mother’s Day. Tried to to simply modify one of their pre-made +$200 arrangements asking to have the roses replaced with additional lilies and placed in a glass vase instead of the metal tin. I said I was not concerned about any extra cost. In the past it has only taken them a few minutes to do the exact same thing because my wife just doesn’t care for roses. Told them I could pick it up tomorrow(Tues) or on Wednesday(Valentine’s Day). Two days before Valentine’s Day and they told me they were too busy and didn’t have time so I’d just have to settle for what they had. If I’m just going to pick from some pre-made arrangements and have no option to make it special or unique when I’m spending over $200 I might well just save a lot money and order the same stuff off the internet. I’ve shopped local and been a Gainan’s customer for over 24 years but I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
