Negative experience: Truly disappointed for Valentine's Day arrangement - ordered the "lush" size for my mom - it was not - called the store they offered for me to bring the arrangement back in and they would add flowers or a credit - they gave a $10.87 credit on a $146.14 order. Thought this was so unprofessional. Thanks anyway.

Positive experience: I was a bit disappointed since this was an important Valentine’s Day delivery. I was promised a purple glass vase and it was a plain clear one. “Michael” was misspelled on the card also. At least the roses were nice. Thanks

It was post-CHRISTmas and New Year's Eve to boot, so I quickly reviewed several local options before settling on Redbud Floral.. I'm thankful I did.. I reviewed their arrangements online, settled on the Teal Jar Bouquet, then called them to place the order for same day pick up.. I stopped by and was presented a beautiful arrangement for a very reasonable price.. I chatted with the owner, who is also a Marine Mom, and offers a military discount with proof of service.. Everyone in the place was pleasantly friendly and courteous.. Redbud Floral, after this one visit has easily become my "go-to" florist in the Norman area..

She assisted with the flowers and delivery for us (we are from out of town so she helped with having the flowers delivered to the hotel we will be staying at). Exceptional service all around!!!! Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! They delivered perfectly on my request. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement. They seemed quite busy but we're still beyond friendly and attentive when I stopped by to pick-up my order. I will mention that their neighbor had me believing that none of the parking in the back was for Redbud Floral, so I had parked across the street. If you're doing a pick-up, there's plenty of parking space behind the shop, which is also where you enter!!

I don’t live there but my mother does and I wanted somewhere local to deliver to her when her dog passed away. I researched several shops in the area and went with Redbud based on the reviews. I ordered online in the morning before they opened. I called to confirm the order after they opened. The flowers had already been arranged and they waited until the afternoon to deliver per my request. And all that on a same day order! My mother loved the flowers and they couldn’t have been more timely. Much thanks to the Redbud team!

Negative experience: I ordered a flower bouquet about 2-3 weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day here. I even visited the shop to check on my online order and was assured they received it and it would be ready the afternoon of Valentine’s Day. When I went to pick the bouquet up, they told me they did not have my flowers and weren’t really sure why. I assume they might have mistakenly sold them to someone else. They let me pick a bouquet from their front shelf but urged me to keep it similar in price to what I ordered and didn’t offer any discount or offer to make up for the mistake. The workers were very apologetic and I appreciate that I found a similar bouquet, but I was very disappointed they failed to give me the bouquet I ordered so far in advance for Valentines Day :(

They have something for every taste and skill level (in taking care of a plant)! This arrangement was for my mom- I love the uniqueness- and the double duty the vase does as a candy dish- happy fall y'all!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Every arrangement we have ordered was beyond what we were expecting. Their flowers are always beautiful and a lot of their arrangements last longer than what I anticipate which is plus! I know cut flowers don't last as long as plants, but Redbud's usually last longer than other places I have used.

There was a small issue with the order and I live in Kansas City, MO, so couldn't visit the shop in Norman, OK, to fix it. However, the owner called me to make sure everything was made right and even offered to do extra for me to make sure I felt taken care of. I will most definitely use Redbud Floral again when I need something for family and friends in Norman!
