Fantastic experience: New Beginnings Florist provided sympathetic, patient, kind, efficient service tailored to our desires in every way!!! After learning (while on vacation) of an unexpected loss of a friend, I contacted New Beginnings Florist from Florida. I initially chose New Beginnings because of the amazing reviews we read and pictures of beautiful arrangements that had been provided by New Beginnings on the website. Upon reaching out to New Beginnings, I spoke with Holly who was sweet, kind, and patient in answering my questions and in giving input to help tailor the desired arrangement to our liking. Because I called just before closing, Holly went the extra mile to make sure their distributor was contacted ASAP the following morning in order to obtained the flowers we desired for the arrangement. Also, upon my request, she sent a picture and an added 360 video of the actual arrangement to be delivered. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!! We were so pleased! Additionally, upon the request of the family, the arrangement delivery location was changed; Holly let me know of the change immediately staying in contact with me every step of the way. The flowers arrived at 12:35pm! Wonderful Service! Beautiful Flowers! Thank you for helping provide something beautiful for our friend’s family in a moment of such tragedy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Fantastic experience: I need to pucrhased fun and vibrant flowers for a good friend of mine from out of state. I looked up flower shops near the hospital and read reviews and used that info to pick A New Beginning. They WOWED! I called and told them what I was looking for. Carly (*I hope this is spelled right) was kind and responsive and had great ideas and wandered the store gathering what I was suggesting too. It was one of my favorite over the phone flower shopping experiences. The bouquet was delivered same day, the cost was spot on and my friend was shocked and surprised and LOVED them. Fantastic experience: I ordered the flowers via the website late afternoon the day before I wanted them delivered the next morning, since the wife was leaving work at noon. The nice lady called me and said that the warehouse was closed for the night and they couldn’t get all the flowers that were in the bouquet by the next morning, but offered some substitutes. I accept her recommendations and the bouquet turned out just beautiful! It was delivered on time the next morning. Thank you EVER so much!!
