I knew that it would be impossible for them to deliver on Monday as the streets were not travelable. The first thing on Monday morning I received a call from Cynthia letting me know the delivery would not be made on Monday. She didn’t leave it to me to assume they would not be delivered; she made sure I knew when they would be delivered. That is customer service. The garden was delivered on Tuesday just as promised and my friends were overjoyed! They sent a picture of the beautiful garden they received and the best part was that it looked just exactly like the picture on the McShan website. No letdown, just perfection. That sets them apart from other florists and gave me peace of mind that what was being delivered was exactly what I ordered. I love that! This one was filled with all kinds of different plants and it had the most beautiful blue stone in the arrangement. It was what really added pop to all the plants around it. I love the cookies too but I haven’t tried them yet...they’re too pretty to eat! I’m very happy with my plant and cookies! Also, the delivery guy called me when he arrived which I’m glad because I was out back and I never heard him at the door.
