I ordered online for same-day delivery. They called me to alert me that some plants in the arrangement weren't available and offered alternatives. I explained it was for a special birthday and let them choose what they knew would be best. Upon delivery, my friend texted: "WOW, all I can say is wow! This is the most beautiful and perfect arrangement for me! I love plants and I always get sad when flowers die. This couldn't be more perfect." I told him please don’t order me flowers from there, just got to Tom Thimb and get them from there, they are better and less expensive.

I am sure we are not the easiest couple to work with--I had a tight budget and a fairly concrete vision--and what Emily and her team created blew me away. My bridal bouquet was stunning, the bridesmaids bouquets were unique and exactly what I wanted, and the alter displays were not only perfect but photographed perfectly, too. Everyone has always been so eager to help design a bouquet for whatever occasion I was in the market for. However, today I walked in and was not greeted at all. Two female employees were behind the counter on their phones talking, and not once looked up to acknowledge my presence. As I was walking out, I asked if it was under new ownership and they knotted yes. This floral shop will quickly go downhill and will likely be closed in less than six months if this is the Customer Service , the new ownership will be providing. Do better.

They also do same day delivery for us procrastinators lol. Very satisfied!

Thought I should get my order placed early before waiting until the last minute like I usually do. The price was very reasonable. The next day, I received a call from the shop to follow up on my online order stating they did not have Valentine's Day pricing listed on the website at the time and they're going to double my price. My options were to pay the difference or receive a full refund. I asked them to honor the price I paid that was listed on the website at the time the order was made, and they said no. I'm so disappointed with this service as it was my first time using them. Will not be using them again.

She loved them and I appreciate Emily caring about providing beautiful arrangements. ============================================= I bought these for my grandmothers to get well after almost dying in the hospital. They are nothing like the picture. The flowers are all the same shade of pink and wilting. No hot pink or variation. Missing the white flowers and green fillers. They look old and not fresh. Beyond disappointing. I try to support local businesses and now I regret it because I definitely did not get what I thought I would or what I paid for.

The roses were especially nice. Glad I didn't get the ones from Tom Thumb instead. I only get flowers 2 or 3 times a year because it's very pricey.
