Original: I was really looking forward to this arrangement for Valentines Day, but unfortunately, the roses I received did not live up to the photos on the website. While the delivery was on time, the quality of the flowers was disappointing. The roses are significantly smaller than advertised, and many of the petals are already dark, and dry around the edges. For the price point, I expected fresh, vibrant blooms, but these arrived looking quite aged. I hope the shop can look into their quality control, as the current product doesn't match the beautiful images shown online.

Some of the flowers and green leaf fillers were drooping. 2 days after delivery, the flowers now look more withered and not holding up well. Experiencia negativa: Pros: same day delivery, quality seems good. Cons: Bouquet was not as advertised. I've included a photo of the bouquet from my email confirmation and a photo of the actual bouquet as delivered. I don't mind when florists have to make substitutions based on whatever they have available, but the boquet is obviously much smaller than what was promised. I paid $97.50 including tax and a $12 delivery charge. I live in a different state and was happy to find a locally owned florist near the location that I wanted them sent to. But I am disappointed that the bouquet is so much smaller than advertised. There are far fewer flowers than in the picture.

We had spent several hours in the floral shop, preparing and ordering very specific items for mother's funeral to the tune of about six hundred dollars... The florist gathered the flowers that were wrong, took them back to the shop, realized that I was correct in the orders that had been ordered and they corrected the issue and had them back to the church within two hours.So the flowers that eventually got delivered were perfect.It was just an inconvenient blip, so I want them to know that I appreciate their prompt response to the situation.

They were so accommodating when I called and needed a bouquet last minute and delivered the same day for a passing. The teacup and plate with the arrangement showed out of stock online and when I called they just got a shipment in and made the delivery happen (the website showed no delivery available for the same day).
