I ordered Saturday, it arrived Monday(today) at 3:08pm after they said it be delivered at 2:30pm, so do check on the distance between the Florist and the delivery location as that is likely the delay, and props to them for letting me schedule my order the earliest today. My girlfriend loved the flowers so much so im very happy I ordered from here, I will definitely be ordering from here again. To anyone who has a question, feel free to call and ask, they'll gladly help.

But what I can see from my Mother for all the years that I chose Desert Rose, I can only say to them is THANK YOU and thank you for not ripping me off. My Mother, who is a lot more critical than myself, is the one who told me that after I picked Desert Rose her arrangements have yet to be non captivating. The other places I chose did not stand up to her likes and most had flowers that had died or even did not comprise the arrangement that I had ordered. So now I really do not care about the cost of the flowers since my Mother is 97 and there is not any price above another day with her!!!! Kudos to Desert Rose Florist!!!!

While the set up of Boca park is aggravating to say the least the energy inside the store teleports you away from the outside world. You walk in to a relaxing environment that instantly takes away stress and has you questioning whether you’re still in the desert. I ended up buying a beautiful arrangement for under $100 that had my mom instantly remarking at “how beautiful” it was. Not only are the flowers in store beautiful but there’s also a selection of plants that I already know future me will be coming in for. While the selection was great it was overshadowed by the amazing customer that I was given by Jade. She assisted me with freshening up the arrangement and had a very approachable demeanor that truly made me feel valued as a customer. Without a second thought I know that I will be using desert rose for my future floral needs.

Experiencia negativa: Ordered an arrangement for the funeral of one of our employee's teenager daughter. I called 2 times: first time to make sure that even though they open at 10, they can still have something delivered before that time, and the second time was to discuss the type of flowers that would be appropriate for the setting. I ordered the flowers on Thursday, and it's Monday, the morning of the funeral and there are no flowers. They told me they didn't realize it was a funeral when the special instructions literally say it's for a teenage girl, and suddenly the girl that I spoke to has a case of amnesia. It's 12:30 pm and the arrangement isn't even made. I was told that I didn't fill out the order correctly because there's no time listed, but there is no place to fill in a time slot on their website which is why I called in the first place. They tried to make it right by making something else, but the funeral is done. Two star for putting the blame on me, but then trying to make it right.
