Special shout-out to Mike the delivery driver for reaching out via text before delivery asking if there was any special info that would be helpful for him to know. I was able to explain that this was a surprise birthday flower delivery for a very special lady who had just relocated to a retirement home. Not only did he let me know the flowers had been delivered, but also sent a priceless picture of the flowers with our loved one stating that “she loved them!” An overall wonderful experience with this florist and especially Mike, who really went above and beyond. 1 month ago Experiencia negativa: My husband sent me a bouquet to work on Tuesday.... it's only been 3 days and the small roses are already shriveled/dying. Edit: i changed my rating from a three star review to a one star review. My flowers were not left at the office like the company response suggested, they were kept in a well cooled home - just a poor product provided by this florist, no other explanation. Also beware - if flowers are delivered to a place of business and you give an honest (read: poor) review this company will retaliate by leaving a false one star review (read: slander) for the company that the flowers were delivered to. Very creepy. Also highly illegal and a direct violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices that the FTC will be hearing about.

All of our arrangements are made with fresh flowers and are delivered in good condition at the time of delivery, as confirmed by our delivery records. Once flowers are delivered, their longevity can vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature, water levels, placement near air vents, sunlight, or other conditions that are unfortunately outside of our control after delivery.
That said, our goal is always to make sure customers are happy with their flowers. We have no interest in disputes or misunderstandings and certainly do not retaliate against customers or businesses for leaving feedback. We simply want to resolve concerns when they arise.

3 months ago Experiencia negativa: Absolute horrible experience, they cannot meet there delivery time or even deliver by their end of business day. They hide behind a AI assistant and do not return phone calls. Simple communication is not difficult, just pick up the phone and call your customer back. Would not recommend just find a shop That cares, because this one does not.

3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Wired flowers today from where I live in Orlando, FL to my brother-in-law who is staying near MD Anderson while he is getting treatment for cancer. Daniel contacted me to let me know, he would be delivering the flowers and asked if I wanted him to bring them to the door or leave them in the office. He let me know when he would arrive there, and he also let me know that he delivered them and that they were home to receive them. In my opinion, he did an outstanding job by contacting me and keeping me informed. Thank you Daniel for your great service!!!
