Less than two minutes later I received a call back. I explained my situation and they were very professional, understanding, and accomodating for my request. For $175 plus tax and delivery (more than $200), I got the same amount of flowers as the small one, with a sloppier vase... THIS FLORIST THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SEE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY FRIEND... BUT I DID, AND REALIZED THEY DID NOT SEND WHAT I PAID FOR.
