The flowers, by the way, were beautiful and tasteful! We gave them very few prompts ("our mom loves lavender") and they created a gem of an arrangement! Experiencia negativa: The designer made us choose between thin and thick ribbons, in the end she put the one she wanted, it also happened with the paper of the bouquet we chose paper with a gold border she put it all blue, in written conversation I was clear when I told her that she wanted $650 arrangements at the end she talked to us about saving a little money and took them in half, they never explained to us that they do not make the same arrangements, that means that everything they see on their page they do not do, they never showed us or showed us the flowers they would use they showed us only 1 small as a detail (some small purples) they only cheap flowers, the arrangements did not have a design were 8 and they were all a disaster, except for the bouquet where if you can appreciate a very beautiful mass of flowers and they put 5 large orchids, there was no excuse and neither compensation, bad in every way

I had ordered 24 long stem red roses to be delivered as a surprise to my amazing girlfriend at her job. They came through great. Experiencia positiva: I ordered a dozen pink roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day. The roses were beautiful and she loved them. Presentation was great. No issues with delivery. However, the day I ordered their page was down, prices charged for delivery was higher than what’s posted on their page. I followed the instructions to put water in their personalized box vase and that looked soaked (wet) which was not expected. Overall beautiful flower with some minor issues. I would say 4.3 out of 5 star.

When I went to pick them up for her and I was given them they were still wet with whatever was sprayed on top and I don’t think they were fully ready to even be picked up. A week and a half go by and they’re already dead.

I found a style of standing spray I liked, and explained that I wanted to incorporate baseball into the arrangement. The finished product exceeded my expectations.
