On 2/12/26, I ordered the XL 'Straight from the Heart' bouquet via 1800Flowers to be delivered same day, as it was an option (to beat the Valentine's Day rush). The advertised price is $179.99. I had ordered it two years ago and it was beautiful. Harry's Famous Flowers was the florist selected by 1800Flowers for the 2/12/26 order. They did deliver same day. However, the bouquet I received is about 19"H x 14"W, and not 22"H x 17"W as advertised. The bouquet delivered only had 10 roses (not the 18 in the image), 2 lilies (not the 10 Stargazer lilies), 4 baby's breath, and stock - that's it. No Stargazers or Lavender Stock, and looking quite sad. I understand "florists hand-design each arrangement, so colors, varieties and container may vary due to local availability," but this is a bit ridiculous. The bouquet is mostly spent blooms with deadheading flowers, half the baby's breath is dried up and missing blooms, there are no Stargazers, the stock is limping and had broken stems, vase is square and not cylinder. You can see in the photos how sad it is. And I think I don't have the right proportion with the two photos side by side. The bouquet delivered is quite small. This appears to have been sitting in a cooler for 4 to 6 days and someone thought it was a good idea to let this go out the door. After delivery, I immediately got in chat with 1800Flowers, who I guess looked at an old order I had, said he couldn't help me, and quickly disconnected chat. Not awesome. I immediately took the 1800Flowers CS survey (2/12/206), and this morning (2/13/2026) 1800Flowers calls, and states they will ship out a replacement on Sunday. Great, or so I thought. Not 10 minutes later, I get another call from another 1800Flowers CS agent who tells me the "shop wants more money" to cover the replacement. Uh, what? Harry's Flowers wants MORE money? I did not receive what I ordered, that is plain to see. It's been about 30 minutes since 1800Flowers told me they would take care of it - so time will tell. If you don't have the flowers in stock, don't accept the order. Or, call the customer and see what other arrangements can be made for a slightly different arrangement. Or heck, make it look great with what you do have in stock! I got none of that. I paid $180 for a bouquet I could have got out of Walgreen's cooler for $30 and when I ask for the issue to be resolved, I get asked to pay more money. Just... wow.

Thought it was weird when I got a call saying that the sender’s name on the card that came with the flowers had to match the name on the credit card, so I couldn’t use my husband’s nickname for me (it was clean BTW). The roses were really nice but the filler plants didn’t match the picture (picture was eucalyptus and not sure what kind of filler was delivered). The ferns looked like there were some sort of eggs on the bottom of them that have since turned black and started falling all over the kitchen counter. Maybe it is the seeds from the fern but it’s pretty nasty. Again, not a bad experience but also not a good experience, just ok.

Experiencia negativa: This was sad. Quite disappointing. $70 for a small pot the size of my hand with 3.5 succulents. They were smaller that a match box vehicle. I expected more for a company that has been a piller of the community for many years. The funeral pot that I order was worst than what I am acustom to from 1-800 flowers. My wife took $45 worth of white Publix flowers and made a robust bouquet with a vase from home that I used instead because I would have been embarrassed to bring what I had purchased here. This is a clear example of ordering from the McDonald's menu with a picture that doesn't match the product.

Experiencia negativa: I placed an order with Teleflora for the blue ford truck with 3 mylar balloons. I also paid for the Premium display, total charge over 100$. There was nothing near the balloon pick to indicate "boy" balloons but the truck was blue so I assumed the balloons would be blue. The order arrived with a basic flower arrangement, there was nothing premium about it. There were 3 girl balloons attached. I reported this to Teleflora, asked that I never receive an order from this florist and was refunded my money. I would never use this florist again. Nor would I recommend this florist for anything. The entire order was wrong and spoiled a special occasion.

On the website it says if you order before 12, you will have same-day delivery and some company say that, but they don’t actually mean it not only did they come on time but they were beautiful just as the picture showed. Experiencia negativa: I am really disappointed in this floral shop :( I ordered from a local shop because I wanted to ensure that my mother received beautiful flowers on a tough day. Above are pictures of what I ordered vs. received. When I called to let them know my flowers had been received in poor condition and the wrong color, they told me that these are purple tulips. They said that they received what the suppliers classifies as purple and sometimes that can be a little bit more pink. These are not even a hint of purple. Regardless, that is not what was advertised, and I would not have purchased this color :( When my call was escalated to the owner, the owner said there was no way that my flowers were dying because they had just been received this morning, and the drooping in the photos is normal. She initially asked to pick up this bouquet and replace it tomorrow, which I declined as I needed the flowers today. She agreed to a refund but made sure to emphasize multiple times that "NOTHING was wrong with the flowers". Aside from the terrible display and the wrong color, these flowers are dying. They are drooping significantly, which is not consistent with fresh, healthy flowers. The owner told me that all tulips droop unless wire is placed in the bouquet. I have never had a fresh bouquet of tulips droop to this degree. The petal browning, stem bending, and premature blooms are further indicitative of their state, as well as the petals themselevs being limp and soft to touch. I did tell the person on the phone that it was very insulting to repeatedly tell me nothing was wrong with the flowers, despite anyone clearly being able to see the poor condition of what I received :( Solving a problem your store created doesn't have to be accompanied with backhanded comments or the need to prove that you are in the right, especially in an industry where many of your customers are likely dealing with hard times. I would be so upset if this is what a customer of mine received, not on the defense.

Luckily, I found this shop. Minutes after the order was placed, the shop called and made sure they would be going to the right person, at the right place, at the right time. The initiative they took to make sure this arrangement reached its destination made a difficult situation a little bit easier. My friend said they were beautiful. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Experiencia negativa: This is the second time I've ordered from Harry's Famous Flowers, and both experiences have been negative. On my first order, I contacted them in the morning because it hadn't arrived. They claimed the order hadn't shown up on their system, but they eventually resolved the issue and delivered. This Valentine's Day, I ordered again after receiving a promotional email. The flowers were never delivered. I messaged them on Instagram, and they replied that they'd tried to contact me about an issue with my order. However, they provided no details about the issue or how they supposedly tried to reach me. Aside from my Instagram messages, I received no phone calls, emails, texts, or any other form of communication from them. I cannot recommend Harry's Famous Flowers and will not order from them again.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a recipient and customer of Harry’s Famous Flowers for over 25 years. When I saw a photo of the flowers that were delivered, I was very disappointed. As you can see from the photos below, the daisy or daisy-like flowers (I was corrected by the Harry’s staff member but can’t recall the exact name of the missing flower) are an integral part of the advertised arrangement and they are missing from the arrangement that was delivered. I understand from time to time, they may be out of flowers and need to substitute but as you can see from the arrangement delivered, there appear to be only two types of flowers, roses and carnations. I was told carnations were the substitute for the daisy-like flowers that were missing but this was only on the second call. The first time I was told the arrangements were nearly identical. The arrangement delivered is very sparse and lacks variation. This arrangement was far from deluxe and over $90 with delivery. After multiple phone calls, multiple emails to their AOL email address, that were “never received”, I was offered a 15% credit, which I accepted. The customer service I received was curt and argumentative. Be aware, as you will see in MANY other reviews, it appears they struggle with maintaining the inventory they need to provide the flowers they advertise and they either skip the substitution or add a much cheaper filler flower. Buyer beware.

Experiencia positiva: The customer service was great and the fast and prompt delivery was excellent. My issue was with the bouquet, not that it has to looked exactly like the picture, because it didn't. But at the very least could the flowers be arranged better and most of the flowers were dead or dying. I really didn't want to write a bad review because it was a morning of valentines day order and they filled it, so for that I was extremely greatful, but to get charged for less flowers than the pictures and most of then were dead is kind of crazy.

Experiencia negativa: Being a long term costomer of harrys flowers I ordered 2dozen long stem roses with baby breath to be delivered to my home for wife. What was delivered was 1 dozen short stem roses in a small vase. This was something that appeared to be from publix and knowing what I usually order my wife would not believe they were from harrys. I could not get through on valentines day at all after3 messages and no response to correct this. Then I drove to harrys on semoran ave where parking was impossible and asked her to check my order.. all she could tell me is that there would be an upcharge which I said was fine and delivery would be saturday and to leave the other incorrect order to be exchanged. This does not seem like the harrys I am used to dealing with! Im going to order from local flower location next time.

She said there’s a disclaimer and they ran out of what I ordered so they gave me that. She was very rude and unhelpful, already in a bad mood when the conversation started.
