6 months ago Experiencia negativa: Waited for 20 mins. Then, I didn’t like the color pick and asked to change it. The salesman or whoever he was very rude and arrogant. Asked us to come back in half of hour. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time.

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Janouseks provided flowers for my brother-in-law's memorial service. They were stunning! Four days later they are still stunning. Even the roses. Janouseks provides worry free service and they communicate well via email. I never felt like I needed to call them again after I placed the order. This picture is on day four after the memorial service.

We were looking for last minute (week of) specialty flowers (Birds of Paradise) for our wedding, for simple bouquets for each of us. We emailed to ask about the possibility and we’re happily greeted with a YES! I called the shop and worked with them on what was needed and they could have them ready for us in time. 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We received a stunning, artistic arrangement for our wedding anniversary. We were thrilled with the artistry, color and quality of flowers-purple orchids, green mums, greenery. The delivery man told us to add water because it was a shallow vase, which we did. However the next day the edges of the ferns and spider mums had turned brown by morning. We complained and they replaced it with a new similar arrangement in different colors of red longer lasting carnations and white orchids. It was beautiful but we wished we would have asked to replace only the mums and greenery.

The person who took my call, listened carefully, and took note of the circumstances and what I would like to have sent to each of my friends. The arrangements were delivered that very day, and were very well done and so very beautiful. I even noticed that there was a little personal touch on each one of the arrangements that added to their already lovely appearance. I cannot recommend this business more highly! The flowers are stunning with thoughtful add ons and delivery is prompt- even on short notice. Usually same day, as long as the order is placed in time. 100% happy with their service. I called to tell them so they promptly sent out a bigger and better bouquet on Saturday!! This was Mother's Day weekend so I know they were busy but Janousek's made it right!! Honestly when I placed the order I thought "this seems a bit pricey for what is in this picture." Janousek must have heard me because what arrived was honestly x1000 better than the pictures and was worth much more than what I got. Plus the order arrived to their house in less than 3 hours. They always deliver such beautiful arrangements and my mom says they last a while too. I appreciate the delivery confirmation from the shop (as well as the photo I get from mom). The arrangements are always very similar if not exactly like the online arrangement too. For deliveries in the Omaha area, this florist is absolutely wonderful.

I was immediately greeted by their security guard & Customer Service Manager to be sure I was safe to enter. Not only is the C.S. Manager thorough, but he's super cute as well! The woman who helped me did her best when I described the project I'm working on. It's not nearly the season, but she did her best with what they had available as I start to experiment with this craft project. I was there a few years ago during the summer. Great selection of tomatoes & all sorts of stuff! They had some gorgeous hibiscus too! Definitely recommend checking them out.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Disappointed tbh. +$30 for premium. $130 overall. Hoped for a bit better. The fact there's only 3 sunflowers in the PREMIUM is very disheartening. Died before some flowrs could blossom. You be the judge.
I am very disappointed to read your review. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. When you placed your order, you stated that you did not want most of the flowers pictured on the website arrangement. This is an unfair comparison when you ordered something completely different. I am more than willing to stand behind our promise of 100% customer satisfaction.
