When Freytags has control of its products, you know your going to get always the best; when they have to outsource, even they are at the mercy of out of town vendors, not all of whom live up to Freytags highest I still rely on Freytags for the best product on the market.

She built a beautiful arrangement for my cousin’s 70th birthday dinner. I chose one of their online arrangements and asked her to make it larger. She worked with my budget (no surprise fees like many of the online florists). I gave her all the information- names, deliver info., etc. over the phone. The flowers were delivered on time and just beautiful. My advice (for what it’s worth) is always go with a locally owned florist!

Dear Freytag’s, no need to reach out to me, the bouquet *does* look like the website, it’s just not even close to worth the $$$ or tastefully designed in my opinion. Sadly, would not recommend. Would recommend Emchanted Florist.

The plant was beautiful and just as described. It included a nice birthday balloon which I had requested, but I was very disappointed that a ribbon wasn’t tied around the planter or stuck into the soil. I had made it clear that it was for her birthday and assumed that it would have been made festive for the occasion. If I ordered from this florist again - I guess I would need to place the order by phone to make sure appropriate decorations are used. Overall I was happy with this florist, just a little disappointed by the missing ribbon. Delivery Service was excellent.

I visited a few of the websites for florist in Austin and I wasn't very impressed until I found Freytag's. I placed my order and realized that I had chosen a delivery date a week out and we wanted the flowers delivered same day. I called and spoke to Amanda, who graciously moved the delivery date to the next day at no extra charge. I was sooo relieved and pleased. I used a different service once (to save some money, tbh AND I waited until too close to Valentine's Day to place my order) without telling my wife, and she noted that the flowers didn't look as fresh/were more wilted than typical. I wouldn't recommend Freytag's if you are looking for something cheap, but if your primary concern is getting high quality, reliable, consistent service, they are well worth the price!

The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and polite. The order was adjusted and on Friday they delivered a dozen beautiful red roses.
