Experiencia fantástica: The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had to change my order from delivery to pickup at the last minute, and they were accommodating. I had some concern about whether or not I would be getting my delivery fee refunded because I forgot to ask when I called to make the change. I emailed them, and they assured me that it was handled when I made the change to pickup, and asked me to let them know if my bank account didn't reflect the change in a couple of days. Thankfully, it did, so now I just have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'll have them in mind the next time I need a florist. :)
