She received them right in time for her birthday and was absolutely over the moon. They sold me old flowers — the bouquet was falling apart and petals were dropping while still in the package. A month ago, for the same price, they sold a much bigger, fresh bouquet with amazing quality and beautiful flowers. This time the quality was terrible, and the price is clearly overpriced for what you get. Not worth it at all. Not recommended.

Experiencia positiva: I have such mixed feelings on this vendor. They went above and beyond and delivered my repurposed flowers to my grandmother’s assisted living in the area. They were good with communication and outlying my vision in the months leading up and were fairly priced, but on the day of the flowers didn’t really match my vision. The wedding day is such a whirlwind but looking back at the photos in my vision board vs what I got it almost felt like it wasn’t my flowers. I wanted very muted flowers, white with hints of muted blush and dusty mauve, nothing bright. But most of my florals were very bright. As you can see in photos these are the inspo pictures we agreed on vs what I got. I also was saddened by the size of bouquets. I wanted a small bouquet and the size was actually pretty close to what I wanted so that was great but the bridesmaid bouquets were too big, and bigger than mine, they actually had to add florals to mine morning of to make them close to the same size. Furthermore, my bouquet was different colors than my bridesmaids. Finally, I wanted a small tasteful ceremony piece; nothing too big or too bright. You can see in the images that the ceremony piece looked pretty different than the photo we agreed on (I didn’t want the draping though which they got right). Like I said, very nice vendor and of course the flowers were beautiful, just didn’t really match my vision. There were other issues too—My groom was supposed to have a white ranucula boutonnière which was supposed to be a special flower carried through in my bouquet and with him. He had a mauve and smaller white rose which was wilted and ended up breaking. My bridesmaids had to make an extra boutonniere using body tape bc his broke so badly it was unusable and he took one of the father boutonnieres the rest of the day. Multiple boutonnieres were breaking and seemed to have been prepared too early so they were wilted and weak—same with the corsages. Also, as you compare these photos, know the brightness of the flowers is nothing to do with the photo editing, they looked very much like this in real life. They also were supposed to leave ceremony flowers up for us to get photos in front of after but my videographer, photographer and planner said they were very aggressive in getting the flowers to the ceremony site to the point where “they hadn’t seen a florist act like that”. I do understand they needed to do the ceremony site but I wish they could have waited just 10 minutes for us to get the 3 photos with extended family. I know she has a passion for this and i'm not sure where our miscommunication was for my vision as all of the materials I was sent in advance were great and aligned with what I wanted.
