I ordered around 8 in the morning and the flowers arrived early afternoon. The transaction was done seemlessly via the website. The price was a good value for what was received and would use the flower shop again for deliveries.

Experiencia negativa: So I ordered Valentine's flowers to be delivered on Thursday thinking they would have more time and fresh 18 roses they sent a picture they looked horrible. Looked like they just shoved them in a vase with a small clump of babies breath stuck in the middle roses looked burnt. I called they said they would send a fresh bouquet out right away which they did. So I thought awesome weĺl not at all....today the day after delivery 4 roses of the 18 are already dead the vase came with leaves floating in the vase yyecky water..2 strikes Lovingly is out for over $130 utter disappointment - Julie Reichel

Finally I call up Lovingly and they were amazing from the get go! I had a quick meeting with Tammy, explained my vision and she knocked it out of the park. We chose to DIY most flowers arrangements but Tammy made a swag to be displayed for the ceremony. We were able to repurpose for the mantle in the reception area and it was stunnnning. I am so happy with everything, start to finish, that I would recommend all brides to contact them!

Experiencia fantástica: I was just gonna go to Publix or Harris teeter and grab some bouquets for a baby shower but then I found Lovingly and thought OK. Let me try it. This place is insane. You can DIY bouquets and buy either buy stems or bunches and they have basically a whole cooler room full of the most beautiful flowers! It would even be a fun place to have a date. I was able to piece together six vases for a baby shower and get a huge birthday bouquet for my mom all in one spot.

Experiencia negativa: I made a purchase yesterday, selected a delivery time, and it didn't arrive, ruining the surprise. I called to find out what happened, and they have a branch that serves other locations outside of Charlotte, but they hadn't communicated properly with each other. At the branch, they told me they hadn't seen the order and that they would start processing it. It was really frustrating because, as I said, the surprise was ruined by a communication error between them.

Experiencia negativa: THEY DON'T HONOR THE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Order was over $100 and the delivery charge was 1/4 of total order price; no problem-as long as it's delivered as promised. Flowers were for a birthday so I wanted them delivered on a particular day, and I asked that they call before delivering them-to ensure someone was there to receive them. -The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, with no phone call, and left outside exposed when it was raining and the temperatures were in the low 50s. -I called to speak to someone about the order and was told "we don't actually do the deliveries ourselves all the time, so it's out of our control." They offered me an email address to speak to someone but after emailing nobody ever bothered to email me back nor follow up on the phone call. Terrible customer service

Experiencia fantástica: I got here 30 min before closing and the service was an exceptional. The staff were very courteous and helpful and explaining the process of selecting various bouquets. I didn't have a lot of time so I selected a bouquet that was already in a vase. The flowers that they use are amazing they have a very distinct and wonderful fragrance and additionally I have never seen some of the flowers before which was quite refreshing and the fact that they have complimentary cards shows that they are not trying to make an easy book for every single thing. As you see the bouquet below it is incredibly unique colorful and feminine which is exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to coming to lovingly every time that I need flowers. The other thing is they were the only florist that was open on Sunday at this time so I was really fortunate to be able to get such a nice professional bouquet literally landing on a Sunday coming from out of town. Thank you to the staff so much and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Experiencia negativa: Been coming here for years to make bouquets for my wife. Always loved it, promoted it to everyone. Over the last year, however, it has changed drastically. Prices have doubled, selection has plummeted. I was told that the tariffs have really hit their business, yet the owner bought and custom wrapped a cyber truck at the same time...? An obviously poor financial choice for any individual, even more so for a business that is struggling against tariffs. Obviously the new owners aren't very smart business people, and they've been losing customers because of it. I feel bad for the employees and hope they can find better!

Experiencia negativa: TERRIBLE. I would leave a "0" stars, but it wont let me. I ordered flowers for a funeral several days before the service. They weren't delivered until the day AFTER the funeral. Then the family had to go back to the funeral home to pick them up. I tried calling several times, on hold for over 20 min so I finally left a voice mail for them to call me back. NO RESPONSE. I sent an email and the only reply was a computer generated response "your flowers have been delivered". TERRIBLE customer service.

Experiencia positiva: I ordered a flower arrangement with a balloon. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and just as pictured — and delivery was prompt, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the balloon I received was a different color than shown on the website. The product photo clearly featured a red balloon, but mine came with a yellow one. When I reached out to ask about it, the response was that I hadn’t requested a specific color. That logic doesn’t sit well with me — if the product image shows a red balloon, it’s reasonable to expect that’s what you’ll get. If I wanted a different color, like blue or pink, sure, I’d specify. But the default assumption should be that the item matches the photo. All in all, lovely flowers and efficient service, but the presentation details matter too — especially when people order based on photos. A small change like balloon color can affect the whole aesthetic, and better clarity or consistency would go a long way.

I’ve been a customer for almost ten years, and every visit is a great experience. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Their flower selection is incredible. You’ll find everything from vibrant ranunculus and fresh roses to more unique seasonal stems. On my most recent visit, someone helped me pick out an arrangement that was safe for cats, which meant a lot to me as a pet owner. The space is beautiful, and you can feel the care they put into everything. They used to offer floral design classes I’m not sure if they still, but even without them, just walking into the shop is inspiring. If you love flowers or want a thoughtful gift, make time to visit Lovingly. You’ll walk out with something beautiful and probably a big smile too.

Tammy was very helpful and friendly with my requests, I said I wanted colorful spring flowers and they ran with it even allowing me to purchase bulk stems for DIY bud vases. I had to reschedule my delivery time and that went smoothly as well. Only note is I had some confusion with the business name at times when searching my emails- Lovingly vs. Charlotte Flower Market, Flowers of Charlotte, etc.

Experiencia negativa: I was left very unhappy with my arrangement. I was out of town and wanted to surprise my friend with the beautiful flowers I thought she was going to receive. They look nothing like the photo, and obviously look just thrown together. I had seen the great reviews and was very excited but I am very disappointed and feel sorry about the fact that that’s what my friend received for her special day. It was not worth all the money I spent, which I expected since they were so expensive they would be stunning. Horrible service.

Experiencia negativa: I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bouquet on 2/13 to pick up on Valentine’s Day because the website said valentines pick up was still available. On Valentines day I never received a call, text, or email to get the bouquet. So saturday is going by and I still didn’t hear anything from them and I was out of town so I called around 1:00 because I saw they closed at 5 and got no answer, so I left a voicemail basically saying they could just cancel the order because I didn’t receive them in time and I also haven’t heard anything or been given an update. Ironically, they called immediately after that, disregarded my voicemail, and said oh yeah you can come get them now. I was not able to pick up that day, got back into Charlotte on 2/18. Got an email 2/19 saying “my pickup was successful” but I never picked up the flowers. Gave them a call, no answer, left a voicemail with my information and never heard back. Absolute worst experience, communication, and customer service.

The flowers were awesome and as pictured/ordered. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this service. The only note I would like to make is that I was not able to add "Happy Birthday" balloons to my order because the only option to add when ordering were " Feliz Cumpleanos" balloons.

Cost to quality was poor, flowers did not live long, arrangement was average overall, etc. Not sure if they just don't provide good quality when order comes via 1800 flowers or not but I would have been better off just buying from Harris Teeter.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed in the flowers and the customer service that was provided to me. I had flowers delivered to a family member, and the flowers did not last past two days, which is very unusual, considering that this is a professional florist service. I contacted the company and was able to come to an agreement over the phone with a manager that I would receive a partial refund at the most. However, I was only provided a credit, and I have not received a response after following up on receiving a refund. I am overall dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers, communication between the employees, and the employees' inability to follow through with an agreement that we made.

I appreciated the fact I could order from Ireland as my cousin is living in the US. I found it difficult to find a legitimate florist that could allow me to order them from outside the country that was not a scam. I ordered a teddy in the form of a llama to be delivered. The flowers I ordered were around 49 dollars and somehow I ended up paying 80.41? There was a service fee of 9.99 and then tax on top of that. I don't know what happened with my order? Giving the three stars though because the flowers were beautiful , small, but beautiful. The card was right. Delivered on time but no teddy :-( . The receipt somehow says deluxe? I ordered the standard size. Not impressed. Can't trust the website to get the order right.

Experiencia negativa: So I went to this place twice last year and had an amazing experience I wish I remember the lady name who helped me. And both times my arrangements was under $30. They INCLUDED the vase & greenery for me for free!. But my experience yesterday was HORRIBLE and I will never come back. I needed to get 8 roses pink with gold for a friend. They suggested a website I could get them from but then said I had order least 25 roses and that it be $80. I clearly told the lady $80 is too expensive. So she said okay well 1 other option is to get the pink roses that they already have and she can spray paint gold on it. I said okay great, and I said to her how much per rose AFTER she spray paints it? She said before spray paint $3 per rose. After spray paint $4 per rose. She literally broke the price down for me just like that! So I said okay I need 8 roses please. She rang me up which took about 20 mins Then said okay $80. I thought she was joking because I litterly said I didn't wanna pay $80 for 25 roses so why would I pay $80 for 8 roses? She said because they are custom. I said okay but you said $4 per custom rose. 8 roses that's $32. She said we'll it includes vase & greenery. I said but that was free the other times I was in here. She accused me of not telling the truth. So then I said we'll I already told you $80 is not in my budget. So what's my other choice. She said we'll the vase & greenery is extra. I said okay so if it's $4 per CUSTOM rose and I want 8 and you saying the vase and greenery cost. How much just for the 8 custom roses no vase or greenery. She laughs at me and says $80. I looked at her and said you know what never mind I'll go somewhere else. And I walked out. I will never come to that place again. And I'm telling everyone I know in Charlotte not to go either. They must not want business from black people or something. Because that was ridiculous.

Experiencia fantástica: This company was recommended by my best friend but I really didn't need a recommendation because she sent my mother flowers every month for 2 years from this company and all 24 bouquets were unique and absolutely beautiful! Not only that but when was the last time your flowers arrived to someone by 9:30 am? Never. If you were lucky by 7pm. Not with this fabulous company. They are on time and on point with their business! I wouldn't think of using anyone else! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed working with the Charlotte Flower Market for mine and my husband’s special day. My husband actually discovered them, as he has gotten me flowers from them before. We found out that they did weddings and decided to make an inquiry. They were some of the easiest people to work with by far, which is so helpful when planning a wedding can be such a stressful experience. We met with Pamela, who was super kind and excited to work with us and carry out our vision. She is very professional, responsive, timely, efficient, and friendly. We also worked with Tammy, who was also very professional, efficient and friendly. They were very responsive whenever we had to make adjustments. I sincerely loved working with them. Flowers were one of the most important aspects of the wedding, and these ladies did an excellent job. We will continue to do business with them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of florals for any occasion. Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: Ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Flowers were to arrive on 8/23. If they arrived on 8/23, it was after 9pm. Which would have been possibly overlooked had they been the correct flowers! The arrangement I received for my 3 year old daughter looks NOTHING like the photo online. Furthermore, I received the wrong balloon as well! Supposed to be a Happy Birthday balloon and I got a I Love You balloon. Ridiculous to pay over $100 for a service and get terrible quality in return. Does the flower arrangement look like an Enchanting Unicorn? Flowers were supposed to be bright pink, purple, and turquoise; which has zero representation in what I received.

Experiencia positiva: The flowers were beautiful! They delivered on Sunday which was amazing. I did not like that on top of a $25 delivery fee there was another $9.99 for a service fee? Service fee for what??? Im already paying $71.98 for the actual flowers and balloon which was reasonable but adding $25 delivery fee and $9.99! Is too bad because I really liked the flowers and delivery service. I think they need to reconsider that extra fee.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to commend and thank Teresa for a wonderful delivery today, Teresa realized that the sun was too intense to leave an indoor plant at my front door so she left it with a neighbor plus she wrote a note and put it in my mailbox.
