I have used them to send flowers for any occasion you can think of to my loved friends and family members and am over the moon every time. The bouquets are just beautiful. I’ve had to use the same day delivery a time or two and they have never let me down. 100 stars if I could!!!

I wasn't sure where the funeral was, and they looked it up and got the information right away. They made sure the plant was delivered before the funeral began at 2 PM the same day. Family that attended the funeral said the plant was beautiful! The entire time they were so polite, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Thankfully the delivery person left a cell phone message for me immediately, so I was able to get my flowers inside in less than 20 minutes. The arrangement was small, but detailed and stunning....light blue hydrangea blossoms with pink roses and assorted lovely greenery. It was perfect for my small condo, and I appreciate the deliverer's extra effort to make sure it wasn't outside for very long. It also lasted a full week. It was the first place I found online, so I called, and Julie went above and beyond to make sure she got what wasn’t in season. My wife absolutely loved the bouquet, which included hydrangeas, freesias, roses, and a few other flowers. Not to mention they lasted for nearly two weeks (including a 12 hour car ride). Julie was also one of the friendliest people I had ever met! I told her that we were interested in moving to the area, and she showed genuine interest in what we were looking for, even going so far as to give me a list of recommendations for neighborhoods to look in and school districts as well. It's a family owned business and they hooked me up with some nice flowers for mothers day and were very kind. Here is the thing though- computers were a little slow and I wasn't to pay right there. I understood though and they let me take the arrangement and trusted me to come back or call later on in the week. It's something small but I have never met these people, so the kindness really meant a lot. The world can be a tough place and these people and shop really make the world a brighter place. The arrangement is beautiful too. I walk the neighborhood and by this shop a lot, and all I can say is that it's a cozy area all around with some good vibes. A good friend of ours lost their beloved dog recently and suddenly, and when I called there to order something - having not even gone to the website as I live out of town and searched online for a place with good reviews who was close to where the friends of ours live - the young lady who helped me was just terrific. I regret that I did not ask for her name so that I could properly credit her here, but she was working the morning of 02/10/23. She talked me through what I wanted to spend and what else I might want to get, and as you can see by the picture (the arrangement and the paw print picture frame), it came out beautifully. Hopefully next time it will be under better circumstances, but I would not hesitate to use Midwood Flower Shop again and I highly recommend them. Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service. I called early afternoon for a same day delivery. The sales associate that helped me was kind, patient, and accommodating. My daughter got the fall flower arrangement and loved it. I live in Va. and she lives in Charlotte. I will use this shop from now on! 5 stars! Good customer service is rare these days unfortunately but not at the Midwood Flower Shop! They have outstanding customer service as well as beautiful flowers!
