The flowers were to be delivered at 8AM, they open at 9AM, I called by 11AM and the delivery driver had not arrive yet to the store to start his/her working day. They refunded the money. I didn’t order flowers from anywhere else expecting this service to deliver. The occasion was lost. I will never try to use this service again.

They don't skimp on the florals, they listen to your requests as much as possible, and the blooms always look fresh. Experiencia negativa: ‼️ 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Spencer's Designer Florist ‼️ I placed an online order last week for an arrangement to be delivered for a dear friend’s birthday and unfortunately it was never delivered. I did not receive a voicemail, email, or any notice stating that the delivery was unsuccessful. I then contacted the place of business today, the first individual I spoke to was super personable and came across very thoughtful of my situation and asked if I wanted a refund. I said that would be very kind if she would do so….after being placed on hold for a few moments another individual picks up the call and I was immediately greeted with the most unprofessional behavior by the owner herself Charzetta Spencer. She informed me that they will not be refunding me ($118.20) but could make an attempt for another delivery tomorrow (5 days late). This entire situation could’ve been handled completely different had the owner been polite but unfortunately that was not the case whatsoever. I am highly upset over the circumstances considering the unprofessionalism and would highly suggest all friends and family to not waste your time or money with this establishment. - This truly upsets me to write something so horrible but I feel it’s only right to let others know how this place of business is treating others.

However, it was disappointing to see major deterioration of the arrangement in less than two days, especially for the amount we spent. What was delivered appears to be the wrong arrangement. No tulips no roses no irises. Got mums in several colors some 2 purple stars, and red flowers on stal and greens. This is second time I have florist an order and chance. Unfortunately the first order for a funeral was not delivered on time nor was it what was ordered. Will not be using them again. I am out of town so I was using them based on the 4.9 star. Buyer beware

Well if your office closes at five then I should have received my purchase by then, what if something was wrong with it…. It’s like no. Are or concern, that what o paid for wasn’t delivered to the person that it was intended for… they said can it be delivered tomorrow…. NO i ordered it for today. Where’s the customer satisfaction or at this point, just give me a refund. I’ll find another florist. Order number# 35040850, so disappointed!!!

I live in Houston and the hospital flower shop closed at 4 pm, so I went on line and read some reviews for shops nearby. Spencer's had great reviews so I called them around 4:30 on a Friday. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they extremely courteous and helpful, but they delivered the arrangement and stuffy the following morning! It was beautiful and really cheered up my friend.

Charzetta, made several recommendations that fit well into our budget, and had her designers to create something within a day's notice. The turnaround time was unbelievable!
