It wasn’t nearly as full, had one little ribbon, wasn’t as large in diameter and was shorter. Never again, Flowers of Jacksonville! Next time, Ava’s.

After looking at the local florists, I chose Flowers of Jacksonville because despite it being a holiday weekend I was able to get same day delivery and that was important. I actually called to order since there was a cut off time for same day delivery and the woman was so pleasant and helpful! She assured me that they do deliver to the hospital where my father is and would even call them to verify that there were no restrictions to the delivery and would notify me if there were. I had already called the hospital, but did appreciate this. I had chosen a gorgeous arrangement, Vibrant Medley, which had orange, pink and yellow flowers with an important pop of blue and lovely greenery and thought that the arrangement would give some needed cheer and vibrancy to my father today. I ordered around 8:45 am PST and got word from my father at 11:46 am PST that he received the flowers! The whole process was fairly effortless, which I very much appreciate. The picture is from the website, but my father said the flowers he received were beautiful. I can highly recommend Flowers of Jacksonville! Thank you!

Estranging potential customers because this store doesn't have the necessary flowers but somewhere else did is Fortune 500 level territory of business intelligence. How is this brilliantly managed establishment not publicly traded on the stock exchange yet with these kinds of genius business policies?

Experiencia fantástica: They carry some pretty fresh large quantities of unique and different colors of cut flowers. The fresh flowers last a longer time. I appreciate they have more choice, unique flower and rose color options. The damask roses in soft, beautiful light pink are lush and beautiful. The fresh roses last longer than the average time frame. I enjoy selecting and using soft, lush flower options to decorate. They have and are very nice to order many high end, quality, and well known variety. Creative and diverse beautiful small flower bouquets are for sale. I enjoy browsing through what they currently have in stock and selecting appealing flower. ️ p.s. At check out, can they always provide a paper sharing their best care tips?

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn’t come back here to shop for flowers not that many options and clearly no clear communication. I signed up to get $5 off then once I did I paid cash he had to switch over to another register and couldn’t apply my discount and then all of a sudden I have to use my $5 I had gotten off on my next visit that’s not what it stated he just didn’t wanna go get his manager to clear up the confusion so now I’m heading to another flower shop!

Since posting my review, pricing hasn’t been an issue and everyone was helpful. They have the best succulents in town!

Experiencia positiva: Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. The flowers ARE beautiful . However, it wasn't a $100 arrangement. If I had ordered them wrapped and was to arrange them myself in a vase, I would have been 100% satisfied. But I paid $100 for an artistic arrangement. They are not expensive flowers aside from a cpl of roses, so I assumed the money would be in the creation of the vase. The arrangement looks like anything I could have pulled out of the cooler at Publix for half the price.

One of the employees did insist that I hadn't chose enough flowers for the vase that I wanted, but the other employee easily arranged them nicely for me.

I called them and they told me will let you know after we talk to owner. And there is no other phone call. Never trust them specially if you have something important celebration or for funeral. I will reach out to my lawyer this wasn’t just about money I through in the garbage. I told them I’m a son in law and 7 close families trust me with a big orders . I’m a blame now.

I usually stop by every month or two for flowers and the past two times I been here unfortunately I been a bit disappointed with the flower prep & wrapping. Having to go home, take it out and fix it my self twice is a bit unacceptable. The prep and wrapping of the flowers today and last time was a bit careless. The associate just took the bunch of flowers and just wrapped it up quickly. (While talking to other employees) Didn’t really look at it to see if it looked appropriate at all. Excess leaves and thorns still attached. The flower shop and its selection is great but if I’m paying a bit more for flowers and wrapping service, I expect it to be better.

What I received was as definitely fushia/pink . Not even a spec of purple was added . The shop should definitely consider giving a more accurate description of the arrangement that will be delivered once the order is placed .

While I knew my friend would love the very cute arrangement, I was concerned it wouldn't look like a dog but would just be a pile of flowers with eyes stuck on it. NO! It was perfect! It looks just like a cute puppy dog and my friend loved it!! The online process was quick and accurate and they arrived exactly when expected.

While I understand there may be some variations, what I got appeared completely different—nowhere near worth $135. It’s especially disheartening given that these were meant for a funeral. I expected something beautiful and thoughtful, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and let down on top of grieving.

Experiencia negativa: The customer service here is quite lacking. When I ordered a bouquet, I had expected it to be fresh and lively. I received wilting, brown flowers - not worth $120. Originally, they were kind enough to have me come back with the bouquet so they could switch the dinged flowers for fresh ones, however, when my boyfriend dropped off the bouquet the staff made him feel uneasy and judged him for wanting the flowers replaced. I picked the new bouquet and it was completely different. The appropriate flowers were used this time, and the employee told me the staff had made a mistake with the original bouquet. They had used the wrong flowers making it look brown and had forgotten to take off the wilted petals. She corrected me on what type of flower I was talking about and set the tone that I was supposed to have the understanding to remove the petals - AS THE CUSTOMER. I understand that humans make mistakes, and that is quite okay. However, as a customer, what I feel lacking here is empathy, manners, and professionalism. The second bouquet was stunning, but I will not be returning due to poor customer service.

Experiencia negativa: First off, the website claimed to have free next day shipping. It was neither free nor next day, granted the "next day" was a holiday so I'll concede on that however, on the website, you get charged a hidden service fee which you are never warned about until the order summary AFTER you have already paid. The day the flowers arrived the communication with the delivery person was sub par and I was told the flowers arrived an hour after they had arrived. The flowers themselves were fine. Healthy and bright. The vase seems to be made of glass but it is thin and cheap glass. I believe the flower arrangement is far too expensive for its size. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

Called to see where it was and told I am last on his route today which would mean a delivery after 4 or 5 today. The surprise was ruined and since it was your mistake in the first place I should have been top priority for delivery today not last. Completely unhappy and expect a full refund.

Experiencia negativa: The arrangement that I saw online, then ordered is NOT what was delivered, which is HIGHLY disappointing! Additionally, the website stated there was "free delivery," but the service fee that was charged made up for the "delivery fee," as my purchase went from $69.95 to almost $90.00, and this was not discovered until checkout. FYI: Transparency for customer-dependent businesses is a wonderful practice! Try it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! My husband then fiancé had taken me here prior to getting married since I love flowers. We were looking for a florist to create our dream wedding arch and we remembered Flowers of Jacksonville! I reached out to Courtney and gave her my ideas and she was so helpful and always fast at responding to my questions. The customer service I have received was 10/10 perfect. My arch was a show stopper and every one of my guests LOVED it. I think it made the wedding honestly. I would and will always recommend them to anybody looking for a florist for events or even to get a bouquet made for their loved one. 10/10 stars!!
