Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful flower arrangement. Delivered perfectly. I had ordered flowers last year from a different well known Anchorage florist. They were terrible. So I ordered this time from Muffy’s Flowers and was exquisitely satisfied with the quality, beauty and service. Will use them again for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a previous post in disappointment of my experience. Come to find out, it was not Muffys fault at all. The arrangement was mistreated by the middle man(hotel). I have pulled down my previous post to credit a more proper rating and review. Chloe helped me with the experience and was extremely pleasant. She had an entirely new arrangement sent over to my wife and it was absolutely stunning!!! That right there is true customer service. I would most definitely use muffys again. Thank you all:-)

If you are ever in Anchorage and need flowers I highly recommend this place. Update: Girlfriend is now wife. Sharon is still there killing it. Muffy's is the only florist in Anchorage I give my money to.

The lady I spoke with was super friendly and helpful and the flowers were delivered on Friday! The arrangements were gorgeous and I love that they prioritize using American grown flowers. They did a spectacular job on short notice in the middle of a pandemic. This is the only flower shop I will use in Anchorage from now on. Update, used Muffy's again for same-day delivery. Asked for designer's choice in the flowers. They were delivered early and look spectacular! Muffy's continues to impress! We had originally went with another company but found out it was a scam and the flowers wouldn’t have been delivered so we were very short on time. I placed the order two nights before the service. Sharon called me first thing the next morning to find out exactly what we needed and when. She called and texted me throughout the day to keep me updated. She even texted me a picture of the flowers they had chosen for the arrangement! The next day (day of the service) she texted me a picture of the beautiful flower arrangement they had made and assured me again that they would be delivered on time. They arrived at the perfect time and they were so beautiful. I can’t stress enough how awesome Sharon was to work with at this most difficult time. I do not live in AK anymore, but I highly recommend Muffy’s Flowers & Gifts and if/when I’m ever looking for flowers in Anchorage, I will definitely call them! I normally have to call the florists a second time to get email receipt by the next day. It would be nice have a Muffy's Flowers & Gifts in Chicago. It would be my go to florist.
