Experiencia fantástica: The gentleman who delivered the flowers called me to let me know he was at the address that was on the order. The wanted to confirm the address was correct because the driveway had no house number and there was a 9ft fence that blocked the driveway with building permits attached. He further explained that the ground was rocky and there was no good place to leave the flowers without them getting damaged because. it was windy that day. I had never been to the address so I wasn’t sure. I asked him if he would be willing to wait there as I verified the information. He did, and was very kind and patient. The address was confirmed and he asked if I would be willing to face time the call so we could decide the best place to leave the flowers. He was amazing! He cares about people and he cares about the flowers and gifts getting to the right place. Such a great experience and I will use your services again because of him. Paula C - Anchorage

This year, the arrangement was over the top beautiful, but arrived with some damage. When I contacted Bagoy’s about the damage, their response was to recreate the arrangement and exchange it for me. Florists can be slammed with orders when Mother’s Day coincides with High School Graduations, so I was very appreciative of their workload, and didn’t expect an immediate exchange. Folks, a wonderful man arrived within the HOUR with an arrangement even more exquisite than the original! The Bagoy’s staff is a caring, compassionate, and talented team of the most creative people. They’re the Best!

Experiencia fantástica: I have received dozens of arrangements from Bagoy’s and have always loved them. Unfortunately, the last arrangement that arrived this week had some issues that I have never experienced with this florist before. I was reluctant to call and bring this issue to their attention, however I was awfully bummed that my gift was partially ruined. The staff (Jenn) was very pleasant and supportive to speak with and understood my concerns. After forwarding pictures and following up this morning they are sending me a fresh bouquet to make it right. I surely didn’t expect to get a full replacement but I am so thankful they cared enough to make this customer happy. The customer service was amazing and always friendly to work with. Thank you Bagoy’s for treating your customers right.

Delivery date came and went and I didn't hear that they had been delivered so I called the shop and they refunded my delivery fee and added more onto my order free of charge and got the flowers delivered within hours. Would order from here again.

When asked if they could add a small stuffy to make up for there error they said no. Flowers look good, consider buying other items separately so they arnt forgotten!

No one in the bottom 48 will deliver to Alaska so this was my only choice. They did an amazing job. The best part is my Aunt smiled. No respect for the general public. Update two years later: Called Bagoy’s this morning to ask for same-day delivery of a birthday basket for a four-year old, and Julie (this time I remembered to ask the name of the person who answered the phone!) was AMAZING. She was kind and cheery, gave great suggestions for the basket contents, and got the order in place pronto. The four-year-old recipient was one happy little girl. Many thanks to Julie, and to Bagoy’s, for the terrific help!

Jadelyn greeted me and was so friendly and told me about Mrs. Bagoy's beginnings in 1922 selling flowers out of her garden. How delightful. Then she left me to look around. The store is filled with lovely and unique gifts, tropical houseplants and floral arrangements that will leave you breathless. I'm glad i stopped by, beautiful store!
