Shannon (owner?) was hesitant, which I totally understand, but after explaining my request she agreed to put together and deliver the flower/balloon arrangement. I'm not going to make people read a soliloquy of deception like you did because that is what you are doing, you are trying to switch the narrative over to me when anyone can see from the photo that in no way shape or form that bouquet was $162!! That wouldn't even be $40 at Fry's! And the idea of you not letting the customer know of how expensive each stem was going to be before the purchase, and calling THAT a "Premium" size to charge more is also deceptive. Like I said, the proof is in the picture, the reviewers will see for themselves, and also, when you just now said you never told me to go find someone else for flowers..... here is another picture of your email of that portion to me.....So let the reviewers decide that if "I'm lying" or not...... Don't get deceived reviewers, It wouldn't surprise me if a ton of these reviews are fake.... And also reviewers, mind you, after all of this, I NEVER asked for ANY money back....

I’m not just going have random flowers in front of my porch! Reason why the door wasn’t answered when the delivery person came back IS BECAUSE my kids know better than opening the doors to strangers! Reason it was ok for them to open the door to a POLICE OFFICER and not some random person. Stop harassing ppl IN their homes AFTER YOUR EMPLOYEE DELIVERED FLOWERS TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!! All this recorded on camera **** original message*****Delivery person left some flowers outside our home that weren’t even for addressed to us then later calls the police to get them back. Disturbing my kids at home while I’m away at work. How about do not leave an order of flowers outside next time without confirmation on the the name they addressed to?
