After my review, they asked me to reach out directly with my order number and details. Linda and her team were incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to help. They offered to send a replacement arrangement, and the new flowers truly went above and beyond — they were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made things right, especially during a difficult time for sister in law. Mistakes happen, but this place did an amazing job fixing the problem. I sent them to my sister-in-law to brighten up her week, she found out she had cancer. She obviously appreciated the flowers, but when she sent me the picture, I was very disappointed. It pretty upsetting. I’m sure they have nice flowers if you were to go in the shop and pick them out yourself but DO NOT order for delivery on any of the delivery services. She welcomed us with a great tour of the facilities and explained where their flowers come from, including the farms that supply Fry’s, Albertsons, and Safeway. She was patient, kind, and walked us through every step of creating our arrangements in a way that felt fun and easy to follow. We started with a tour of the store seeing all of the flowers and plants and then the class. It was a great girls night out. I was completely taken back by the services they offer and how hands-on and personal they make each arrangement. Alexis is a true flower professor and professional! She really took her time and made sure everyone felt comfortable with what they were doing. If you’re looking for a simple bouquet or anything more elaborate this has everything and anything in between. I highly recommend coming here for any occasion or event. They were able to help me with a short notice large order and it was seamless. Both upon pick up and months later when I called back to recover a lost receipt for that order, Ally assisted me - both times she was happy to help with my special requests. I asked for Sunflowers, and was just blown away by the picture my Grandma shared of them. I will be ordering here any chance I get. The person I spoke with was so accommodating of the details. These didn't disappoint, and was well worth every penny!

The staff has always been kind, accommodating and offered guidance when requested. Recently, we brought 20 people in to take a class with the wonderful and talented Penelope, with support from Sarah and arranged by Alexis - the Market Manager and Creative Director. Alexis was incredible to work with, so open and very enthusiastic about wanting to make the class a huge success. We used the class as a way to teach floral design AND have the arrangements for our non-profit event made by guests and donors! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ANY CLASS! Sarah, who managed floral production lead tours with Penelope so that we could fully understand the many offerings of the flower market - I had no idea they have so many services. The product was very fresh and lasted more than a week after the event. Are there 10 STARS!? A MUST SEE PLACE for a simple home arrangement to a huge event or wedding!

From flowers to desk plants they have the knowledge and always willing to help. their value and customer service. After searching high and low for flowers for a Celebration of life we went the DIY. Staff was amazing and check all flowers for perfection. And made sure we had all the discounts. The arrangements turned out beautiful.

Roses, good choices, $55 for 25 stems (that’s $2.20 a rose). Wow, that’s a great price. It would be nice to have a smaller bouquet option available too. They had a special on red roses, buy one get one. They had a great $5.00 Friday special on some flowers. You could easily bake a nice flower bouquet for reasonable price. Nice option for vases, although I bought mine at goodwill. Alexis answered all my questions and directed me specifics on what I was looking for. Location is not near me, but was worth the drive. Highly recommend. Someone getting married could really save doing their own flowers from here. Or any event for that matter.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased an order today 3/6/2025 on "Door Dash" for a co-worker that lost her mother in law this week "The Dancing Queen" and I am flabbergasted by what was received. The flowers were almost dead, frail and withered. I would have been better going to Fry's for a dozen roses x2 for what I paid for. You should change your photos and description because its false advertisement. NOT PLEASED OR SATISFIED

I wanted to include a picture but this site only accepts ones that are in goggle. It was very colorful and vibrant. We will be using this company in the future.

Experiencia positiva: My go-to place for wholesale flowers. However, pick your bundles carefully as they have some flowers mixed in that are not in good shape. I spent $88 my last time here in January 2025 and a third of the roses I got in the bundle were bad. Note: I pick and arrange the flowers myself and do not buy the pre-arranged flowers.

It’s always a fun experience and the instructors are great at teaching you to create beautiful arrangements. It’s worth the cost because you take home what you make and it’s really the equivalent of buying from the store.

Alyssa was a great help and walked around with us gave us some really good tips about things we would need and things to consider . She was very friendly had good answers suggested we might check out a DIY class and then helped us get some poinsettias for the holidays. We really appreciated her assistance and kindness!

Experiencia negativa: I placed a special order for 3 flowers to put in a bridal bouquet and when I picked them up the day before the wedding most of them were already wilted. I barely used them in the bouquet because most of the stems were broken which I didn’t realize until I took them home and took them out of the plastic. $80 for 3 bunches of wilted flowers. So many beautiful options in store but probably pick up day of to avoid this?

Experiencia positiva: Probably great if you're not a florist and need a good deal on bulk flowers for an event. If you're just casually looking for flowers to make a bouquet, you'll get a better deal from Trader Joe's or AJ's Fine Foods' floral department. The flowers were nice, but not cheap. Additionally, keep an eye on price labels. The multicolor carnations I purchased were under a sign that said $13 for carnations, so I grabbed a bunch, but they rang up as $22 at the register because they're multicolor (perhaps there was a smaller sign or fine print that I missed). I bought a basic glass vase that said $6 on the aisle label, but cost $8 at checkout. Still, the staff were friendly and they did have a good selection of interesting flowers.

We were immediately greeted by Erica as we were trying to figure out exactly what we needed to build the sprays and a centerpiece for the urn. Angelina helped us pick the perfect flowers and Lisa and Brentley also offered tips and design help as we strove to create the perfect pieces to honor our father in law. Because of them, we were very successful. And all the family at the funeral were impressed and pleased. I drove over from Sun City and on the way there the window in the backseat of my older car rolled down without me pushing the button, and it wouldn't roll back up! The heat was miserable and I worried how I was going to get all the flowers I was going to buy home in the heat and wind. I walk with a cane and a need oxygen, so walking around is difficult for me. However, I wanted to fulfill a request my mother had made. She recently passed away, at age 88. She didn't want a funeral, she wanted a Celebration of Life ceremony, with lots of flowers, photographs, good food, and memories shared by her family and friends. She loved flowers so much! When we were kids we would go on adventures to visit all the flower and fruit growers along Baseline Road. Your florist helped me and she went above and beyond what was necessary! She helped me select the flowers by bringing them to me and then wrapped them in big bundles to make them easier to transport. She helped me get them out to my car and when I mentioned the problem I was having with the back window she whipped up a solution! She used some cardboard and cling wrap and it stopped the worst of the heat and wind on my return trip. The flowers were a huge hit at the Celebration ceremony on Sunday, and the flowers survived a trip in the heat going with a friend of mine from Sun City to Apache Junction. Afterwards I encouraged everyone to take the bouquets of flowers home with them when the event was over, but I still brought home several vases of flowers. I shared these with the residents in the assisted living facility near my home, and they were delighted! Here it is now, a week later and the blooms on the flowers I kept still look great! She rang our door bell once, and I went straight there and she was already 3 doors down knocking on all my neighbors doors (apartment complex).She was very rude and there was no need to bother my neighbors when the address was correct and plainly marked.

I just bought a bunch of chamomile for $17.50 and saw the same exact thing at Trader Joe’s for $3.99. They do have some unique flowers that you can’t find at grocery stores. But, the wholesale pricing is a lie.

My fiancé lives in Ontario Canada and consequently cannot take me out to a fancy dinner for holidays like V-Day....so I get flowers! This is the best shop in town. They allow you to select your favorite flowers and receive the perfect arrangement of your dreams. All the other shops have a few select arrangements to choose from and if you don't like those then too bad. Also, this market is wholesale to the public, so the prices can't be beat either...believe me, I called around to every florist in town! Experiencia negativa: When I was ordering flowers for a rehearsal dinner and reception, the lady was so sweet, helpful and great to work with. The day I picked up my order she was short and rude. Some of the flowers I ordered looked dead and she tried to tell me that’s how they look. Some of the flowers were the wrong color. She said they change colors and you just never know what you’ll get. She said she didn’t even know that however when she sold them to me she said she had been in the industry over 20 years. Strange you wouldn’t know that. She manhandled the flowers and greenery by the tops and pulled off most of the leaves and flowers. Shreds were left on the floor. So disappointed. I won’t shop there again.

The lovely lady working the back gave us good open sunflowers and told us of other shops to look for open lilies, as they ran out and had the closed ones only at the moment. We truly appreciate your shop being so helpful and finding flowers for the funeral.

Experiencia negativa: My fiance called the week after Thanksgiving because our friend got her wedding flowers from there. The woman on the phone told her to come down and look to see what she likes. She met with a girl who stopped her work to show my fiance the cold area where the flowers are and got her a price list. The woman helped her with exact names so we would know exactly what to order. My fiance came in today to place our order and I guess the woman who helped us isnt there. My fiance went back to look at some supplies and came back up to order. She stood there looking around for help and someone told her to go order at the other side? She went to the "other side" and they told her they couldnt place her order because she didnt have an account and she needed to go back to where she was?? Frustrated, my bride walked out. Not sure what is going on at this place. You had our business with good customer service, now you dont.

Experiencia negativa: 230pm on a Friday, Came here for the 1st time. Noticed many employees and half of them wearing masks even though their sign asks customers to wear a mask. Noone said hello or anything in the 15 minutes I was there. Noome acknowledged my mother or daughter either. I was there to buy supplies and trying to find a new business to do business with. It felt like they did not want us there. We left and didn't spend a penny. I was so excited before I got there. What a disappointment. I went to Stem swag afterwards and what a wonderful place- great customer service!

Experiencia positiva: I had an overall great experience with the Arizona Flower Market. I would give them 5 stars, however I had ordered Ranunculus and did not receive them. I take full responsibility as I should have checked my order more closely. They do ask that you sign off on the order. My bad. The Cafe au Lait Dahlias are very sensitive; I do not suggest ordering them to use the next day. They did not hold up. I also learned that although you order a certain color of flower that is not exactly what you get. Not Arizona Flower Market's fault it is in the hands of Mother Nature.

They have all the tools for you to create your masterpiece in shop, or take your flowers to go. They also host incredible floral design classes if you want to try your hand at it. I can't say enough good things about this place; it's truly one of a kind!

Prices are great plus you get to personalize your flowers which way you want. They have amazing staff that will help you chose the great combination so you can make a master piece. Do not forget the amazing opportunities they give to the community eith with free flowers or Halloween event and raising toys, school supplies for those less fortunate. Amazing place. I remembered a friend of mine recommending Arizona Flower Market so off I went. I was greeted by Lindsay who patiently helped me work through my ideas and place my order. When I picked up the flowers I was extremely impressed with the quality of the flowers and the fact that my order was perfect. The day before the wedding and I only had a few hours to put things together. THANK GOODNESS for Debbe. She took the time to help guide me, give me all the tips and tricks and answer all of my questions. Rheanna was very kind and helpful in offering supplies and keeping my flowers cool while I finished with all of my arrangements. HANDS DOWN THE BEST customer service and highest floral product. P.S. the flowers were in 108° temperature from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and held strong. The next day they continued to blossom and the roses are now the size of baseballs! We are going on day four and they are continuing to amaze me. 10/10 recommend Arizona Flower Market for your next floral purchase!

I was able to get everything I needed for my bridal bouquet, two corsages, and two boutonnières for $45! Everyone was so sweet and helpful, especially Debbe. They even had my favorite flowers on hand that day! If you’re thinking about doing your own flowers for your wedding, go for it! I was overwhelmed until I actually went there. They have such a selection and everyone is full of advice. 10/10 would do it again in a heartbeat!

Walking into the store, one sees a vast array of floral supplies... a vast array of vases, and everything of floral accessories. All the way in the back of the store are the living plants. The cut flowers are in a cooled room. Coats are available for customers that enjoy lingering in the flowers, or simply undecided about the flowers they will be purchasing. The selection of cut flowers is the best in Phoenix. Next to the cold storage flowers is another large room with potted plants. A choice, changing selection of plants to enhance interior spaces. One of the best features is that Arizona flower market gives back to the community. When a business gets gratitude involved, it's a gift indeed!
