Experiencia fantástica: Always my go to for local flowers in Louisville. Such a cute boutique full of cards, flowers, local gifts, and the most amazing smell ever! As soon as you walk in it's like a summer garden or just after a light spring shower. Customer service is outstanding and the arrangements are stunning. The bouquets are full of deep colored flowers that stay beautiful for a few weeks if cared for properly. They also deliver but I never miss a chance to stop in!

Experiencia negativa: I normally go to N&C for all of my flower arrangements when it comes to special occasions.. I called in a order to get delivered for Mother's Day on Saturday, May 10 everything was fine order got delivered that day flowers were beautiful I paid $260 for the flower arrangement, a balloon and delivery which is very expensive for flowers but that's not the issue the issue is the flowers were literally dyinggggg and turning brown by the THIRDDDD DAY!!!! In my opinion they should at least last for 5 days especially if the flowers are this expensive!!! Would definitely not recommend next time I would rather go to Kroger or someplace else to get flowers that won't be so expensive/wont be turning brown by the third day!!!

I asked one of the employees to wrap the boutonniere with a different ribbon and then she asked if I wanted the same ribbon on the corsage, and the lady working on arrangements said "No" and I heard her. Although I did not want the ribbon on the corsage, that was very rude. I dont know the employee name but she has medium length medium blonde hair, and wears the front tucked behind her ear. She had on a black shirt! Have a talk with your staff about being rude in front of customers. Her job is to make sure customers are satisfied! The other young ladies were really nice and helpful. I will not return.

Experiencia negativa: I recently did a phone order for a funeral flower arrangement. The person who took my call was woefully uninformed about the products available on their web page...couldn't give any info on the difference between sizes of arrangements nor colors of the flowers that did not have picture. I asked what flowers are in the pastel arrangement. The answer, "I don't know. I haven't seen them." Or, "What's the difference between standard and deluxe?" Again, "I don't know." There was no mention of "let me check with someone," or "call back tomorrow morning when someone who knows more can help you." My mistake was choosing to take a chance and order anyway, hoping that the glowing reviews were true. I was very disappointed and embarrassed at what I found at the funeral service. The arrangement looked old and flowers were already wilting. Even if I'd ordered a free arrangement, I would have been embarrassed. The cost was completely disproportionate to the product that was delivered. And this was for a dear friend who lost her father. Mind your gaps, Nanz & Kraft.

Experiencia positiva: I picked my wife’s roses up myself. But not quite up to NK standards. I’ve ordered for years from them. The roses are pretty, but no baby’s breath or anything special. My wife bought some baby’s breath at Kroger, and now it looks awesome! For what they cost, they should have done at least that, IMO.

Experiencia negativa: I never leave reviews, but the van for this company- I confirmed the number matches and everything- is driving very dangerously. I watched whoever was driving the company van merge very quickly, making several cars have to break hard in order to avoid an accident. And then I watched it happen two more times in the same minute. The person was also visibly on their phone. I’ve heard great things about this business, but I hope the owners are able to talk to their driver, because lives on the road are important!

They delivered the next day. They even called to make sure flowers were received that they put on the porch. Service was great! The product was beautiful! I have to say, there was an “opportunity” to tip and I did not tip, only because I was charged an extra $10 for it to be delivered. I truly hope the they pay their drivers well instead of me having to pay on top of the total cost of $80 for a bouquet that’s on the smaller side. The folks at Nanz & Kraft nailed it with pinks, reds, and whites that popped against the deep greens. I have never been disappointed with flowers I've ordered from N&K.

I ordered flowers by phone for a relatives funeral, they were nothing even close to the picture posted online, especially not for the $178 my father paid for, I can understand the type of flowers and maybe even the colors but the neatness of it was lacking in comparison, no wonder they were delivered in 2 hours, giving 3 stars for the time they arrived. We gave one to our officiant and took the other home where it looked just as stunning on our dining room table....
