Experiencia negativa: To day is my wife birthday I paid for red roses twos weeks in Advance and she put the wrong one on my order She put white roses she made a mistake I asked could I have the red roses I’ve paid for she said no because the price change for today and because I’m picking them up today i would have to pay more I’ll never purchase anything from this place again And customer service sucks

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers online and requested for them to be delivered ($84). The roses that arrived at my wife’s job on time, but they were fully bloomed and curling backwards on the edges which is a signs of them being close to the end of their cycle. Some of the roses had tears and most of them looked as if the pedal were about to fall. When I called about the issue I heated laughing as if she knew exactly what bouquet of roses I was talking about. My wife brought it to my attention that the roses looked old. When she got home from work, I looked over the roses and agreed, the Herr lane store in Louisville delivered terrible looking roses. I was so embarrassed! …..I requested a full refund instead of a replacement. I do not recommend buying flowers from the store unless you can go in person and pick your flowers for the bouquet yourself! Avoid online ordering at all costs or you will be sorry.

All I can say is what outstanding and exceptional customer service they provided along with a floral designer by the name of Jaylion ( if I recall) who exceeded my every expectations! Experiencia fantástica: Tuesday, September 30, I visit this establishment as I do anytime I need or want flowers. Walked in on this particular day to two employees were in front. They looked at me and zero welcoming. I went to the cooler, retrieved an arrangement, and was actually greeted by the sweet older lady inside the cooler room. The two females in from still did not greet me when I approached the counter to pay, but instead walked back to the cooler to make sure I was telling the truth about the cost of the arrangement I had picked from the rack. If I wasn’t in need of an arrangement, I would have walked out. The young heavyset girl cashed me out, but still did not acknowledge me, nor did she say thank you. But instead smirked when I said, you’re welcome!!! Oberer’s is typically my go to place. Never had an issue (although at times the flowers aren’t the best, but hey). Unfortunately, for me I will never return to this establishment, nor recommend this place as I have done in the past. And just to note: after I walked in, another lady followed, and was greeted and asked how could they assist her!! Typical Update: 10/16/2025 I’m pleased to report the above unfortunate situation has been resolved. Thank you management for your call, the pleasant conversation, and overall professionalism.

When I walked into both my ceremony and reception, I was truly speechless at how breathtaking everything looked. My mother has been a loyal Oberer’s customer for years, and she recommended Sarah to me when I started searching for a wedding florist. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted my bouquet to look like but after reviewing flowers in their inventory, we put together a list of flowers I was drawn to and the bouquet they created for my wedding day was breathtaking! Such a kind and thoughtful thing to do. We have used Oberer’s many times over the years and they have always been great. But today they went well above and beyond. Experiencia negativa: Completely disappointed!!! I called yesterday to assure my flower order would be delivered on time. They assured me that it would be delivered that day. After not hearing from my friend about the delivery, I called the florist this afternoon. They told me the address got autocorrected in the system which was to a wrong address. She didn’t apologize to me until I prompted. It was VERY important the delivery was yesterday. She then asked “Well what do you want to do?” I was confused by the lack of customer service provided. I told them to go ahead and deliver today. I then had to prompt for a discount for their significant mistake. They said they would takeoff delivery fee. So disappointed in this florist and lack of concern and customer service.

All of the flowers she chose were special and colorful and the arrangements she made were extremely beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Experiencia positiva: We ordered some white roses and eucalyptus for a small wedding party we had in Louisville. Ordering was easy and convenient online, especially since I live out of state but I received a call the day before I was scheduled to pick them up and I was told they didn't have any eucalyptus in stock but Italian ruscus was similar and I could have that. It was in convent and disappointing as eucalyptus was part of our theme and at that point it was too late to order anything. When I went to pick them up I discovered the ruscus was nothing like eucalyptus and I was extremely disappointed. I’m glad I looked up the ruscus in the car before I pulled up as it was $3 cheaper a bunch. No refund was offered to me until I went back in and showed them their website and requested the difference back. Once I got over my eucalyptus disappointment we put the arrangements together, added some dried eucalyptus we found at Hobby Lobby and they looked beautiful, the roses were perfect and everything was healthy. They lasted about a week before they started to wilt which is amazing.

Not only were they the most reasonably priced out of all the florists I looked at for my wedding, but they were even more beautiful in person! Sarah and her team are wonderful to work with. Experiencia fantástica: Sarah Niner is THAT GIRL for your wedding flowers- cherry on top is Oberer's has reasonable pricing for wedding flowers (in my opinion). I live out of state a few hours away and sent numerous emails to Sarah as I changed my order probably 5 times (I'm the worst). Sarah was very accommodating. I made all of my ceremony and large floral pieces out of silk flowers but wanted real flowers for my bouquet, men's bouts, and a few corsages for the moms. A month before my wedding after doing the walk through of my venue I had to change my table arrangements from round tables to two long tables- hence changing my plan for centerpieces. I again emailed Sarah asking if I could schedule a meeting with her while I was in town to finalize (and change) my order again lol. Sarah was great in person and walked me through the cooler to show me different types of flowers to confirm what we would use for her to arrange my bouquet as well as I decided to order wholesale flowers to arrange my own bud vases. I had already had a stem count in mind for this, but Sarah helped me to ensure I had enough flowers for my wholesale portion of my order. I picked up my wholesale order 2 days before my wedding where Sarah had given me extra flowers because some of my flowers came in not the expected shade from the wholesaler. Additionally, she delivered my bouquets, bouts, and corsages to my venue the day of and she understood my vision for a large bouquet that looked more organic than a perfect circle and she CRUSHED IT! She also delivered cake flowers in a separate box that were ready for my baker (Allie Baked) to place on my wedding cake when it was delivered. All boxes were labeled and easy to read and bouquets were delivered with water in the vases. I loved everything so much and appreciated her professionalism, expertise, and was just all around amazing to work with. I would not hesitate to use Oberer's again for any flower needs I have and would recommend them 1000% to anyone looking for wedding or other event flowers.

I called from out of state with limited time, and both Kaitlyn and Chrissy were incredibly helpful and professional. They made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and on time. My only regret is not being able to thank them in person. If you need to send flowers in the Louisville area, I highly recommend Oberer's.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing costumer service and beautiful flowers! I ordered a bouquet for my mom to be delivered Thursday before Mother’s Day. I live in Louisville and she is in Columbus. Due to a payment processing error, the address was changed and the bouquet came to my home instead of moms. This is was no fault of Oberers, yet when I called last night and spoke to Ashley, they made it right without question. I went to the store in Louisville this morning at 8am and Sara took care of me. My mom received her flowers from the Columbus location by noon. Your flowers are always beautiful and customer service is top notch. Thank you so much for making my 86 yo moms Mother’s Day so special!!!

I will use them again because their flowers are beautiful! And they did deliver on time which is an extra bonus.

I bought a blue rose, lavender roses, and blue carnations and made a small bouquet for a date, and the leftover flowers are a wonderful centerpiece in the kitchen at home! Perfect place! Experiencia negativa: I order box of red 2 dosent roses for my sister birthdayon January 31 and they suppose to deliver 1pm,but delivered late plus when she received box of flowers they was very tiny,short roses with out green leaves on the steam.I pay $100.I can tell those roses will cost way cheaper in different flower shops.Usualy I order many times flowers from Oberer’s Flowers.Also order same box last year with beautiful long steam roses.This time I am very upset with this order.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: We worked with Oberer's flowers on resolution, and the service was exceptional, deserving all 5 stars! Would recommend this business! We were Oberer's customers for a few years and very happy with flower arrangements and ontime delivery. However, the most recent order was a disappointment. The Peruvian arrangement was promising on the web an alluring combination of orchids, bromelia, and painters palette maranta. Unfortunately to the jubilee recipient, it was replaced on delivery with common syngonium and laceleaf... made it look much less festive and special. Hopefully, it's just a one-time lapse.

She made the planning process easy and was there to answer any and all questions I had. Considering the answers to all those questions are yes how do you sleep at night offering 4 dollars to go 12 miles when you all rake in a profit of 45 dollars and charge a delivery fee that’s more than you offer the delivery driver? You should be ashamed of yourselves and anyone who orders from you should know how bad you pay your help, how would you like to get paid 4 dollars and 8 cents an hour? She made sure that I got a beautiful arrangement, on-time, and in budget. Her professionalism and compassion went well beyond my expectations and were so appreciated in such a trying situation.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers this week for my mom's. The bouquet on their site, Color Pop, is $27. I told them I wanted the same colors but a bigger display. Asked for twice the flowers and a larger vase. Cost me $87 instead of $27. They called back and said they didn't have the colors I ordered and can I WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY for which I had ordered for her birthday. I was forced to choose alternate colors they had available and the display WAS UGLY. And they did not double the flowers as ordered and paid for. Never offered a discount or anything for not having the ordered colors. I was really upset by their service. Never using them again and they were recommended. Smh

We decided on Oberer’s because a family friend had sent us a beautiful basket from there when my brother passed and it lasted such a long time. We met with Sarah a few times for the wedding and she showed us the flowers in person that she thought matched my vision for the day, which was so helpful! She also helped figure out how to have aisle flower pieces that could be moved for low table center pieces for the reception. All of the flowers, especially my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were more beautiful than I had imagined!! The flowers made it the perfect dreamy spring garden wedding!

Experiencia positiva: UPDATE: Orberer's Florist resolved this issue to my satisfaction. Changed from one to three stars. I will still order from them in the future. Purchased two corsages for an elementary school dance. Two of the roses fell off one corsage, and the entire corsage fell off the wrist band on the second corsage. Both occurred within five minutes of placing them on the girls wrist, and both at home prior to the dance. $70+ wasted!

By 11 am the next day, my friend texted me that she had received the flowers. The website was so easy to use. I loved how I could see a specific arrangement meet various budget levels. When ordering flowers online, you can only hope that they come out as pictured. I have to say that I was very pleased with the picture of the flowers that friend received. Most important was the impact the flowers had for my friend. She texted, "It was nice to pull in the driveway on a rainy, dreary day and see them on my porch. We met with Sarah to discuss our preferences and show her some inspo photos. She then sent a detailed quote that we were able to make adjustments to which made the process very easy. Sarah combined her expertise and creativity with our feedback to create the perfect arrangements for us (bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces, & aisle decor). We also appreciated the efficiency of their delivery and set up services.

Experiencia negativa: Ordered colorful birthday bouquet as represented by the photo on their website. Arrived one day late. I can deal with that. However, the birthday bouquet was not at all what I ordered. Called to ask about this and the lady who answered just kept saying "yeah there is nothing we can do". She would not let me explain and I offered to send her side by side comparisons but she kept telling me no. In my order, I requested the roses be like the photo, fun and festive, like for a fun Birthday! What I got was whatever left over roses they had on hand. So, disappointed, yes. They could have at least attempted to make it right. If you order from them, I suggest getting a photo from your recipient to make sure it at least close to what you thought you were getting. I like to support locally so this one let me down. Rarely do a google review but felt I should. Maybe others are having much better experiences. Or maybe I just got the wrong person on the phone. Disappointed. Always had heard good things about them.

Experiencia negativa: I've used them for several years but recently the prices have been going up and the flower quality has been going down. Everyone in the shop is mad at each other and nobody cares about customer service.

Experiencia positiva: Attempted to place an order for delivery online for Mother's Day, website was glitchy, so I called. When running my card information, I kept trying to inform the male that it was specific to the Billing zip code. After 2 more attempts of him not changing that specific info, he states "Fine, we will try it your way." Then after making the correction (after multiple prompts on what needed to change), card goes through, no apology or professionalism. Overall, he could've listened to customer more efficiently in this situation and it would've been a more pleasant conversation/experience for a FIRST TIME customer. Needless to say, I will stick to other florists first in the future and this can be a last resort .

They followed up with me, picked up the first arrangement, and are delivering another arrangement tomorrow to the correct address. OUTSTANDING customer service. Sarah understood my vision and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages) were absolutely beautiful and Sarah even delivered the extras/leftovers from our bouquets for us to use as decorations. Using Oberer's was the absolute BEST vendor choice we could've ever made for our wedding!
