Experiencia fantástica: I went in after work to have an arrangement made for delivery the next day. Diego was so helpful and listened to what I wanted. He said he was going to work on it tight then so that it could be delivered the next morning, so I stayed while he worked on it I order to see it finished. It was beautiful and just what I wanted. I left and then found out that the person I was sending it to wouldn't be in the office the next day, so they waited after hours (20 min) for me to come back to pick it up. They were amazing and I highly recommend them for any occasion!

Experiencia fantástica: I 100% made the right choice to order from this establishment for the first time. The morning of pick up, their delivery woman had a small accident so when I arrived to pick up my order, the shop was closed. I called a couple of times with no answer, so I left a voicemail. 10 minutes later, I got a call explaining the situation and that my order would be hand delivered. My flowers were delivered less than minutes later and before the recipient arrived to the office. I respect the fact that the owner immediately shut down the shop to go to the aid of their employee and on top of that, handled business flawlessly. Oh, and look at my order and how precious it is!

Experiencia negativa: Flower arrangement was not what expected . Was nothing like image or the description stated . It was for a gift and was disappointed when I saw what they received . Update I did leave a review in DoorDash and stated that had to be reviewed . When order was picked they did take picture and also when it was dropped and looks the same . I was messaged and informed that order was not ready when they arrived for pickup and later when I saw arrangement it did seem it was rushed and missing roses since I did choose option to be exactly like image . Honestly I never leave reviews and this is my first time ever . But for price paid it was really disappointing seeing what was received .
