Email responses are too slow and may be delivered to SPAM or JUNK. I would have preferred more communication and status verification via messaging or text.

They are always fresh and beautiful and my significant other is always impressed! Their delivery service is expedient and has allowed me to make a purchase and deliver flowers within hours or have it scheduled so I can plan for them to be there as she gets home. They have magnificent creations and provide an enjoyable experience to be able to share love with someone I care about!

Experiencia negativa: I messaged them in FB showing the design my brother wanted for his wife. He was stationed overseas so he wants to make sure i am able to deliver the flower for his wife. I am willing to pay as long as we get the same style. Wrapper, ribbon, etc.. they told me in the call that they only have 3 reds and 6 whites - and I said okay. What i received was very different i thought the wrapper style ribbon is the same, the only difference is the tulip’s color and count and fillers. This(second photo) is what i got and worth $50+. When i picked up the flower it was an hour before meeting. His wife in williamsburg. I was disapponted but, i got no choice, i took it and went. While in the car, i was so ashamed to even hand this to my sister in law. So I asked my husband if we can drive to wegmans. I was praying so hard to at least if we can get something to make this better or even replace it. Low and behold! They have tulips 10++ pieces for just $15!!!!!! I opened the boquet filled it with the tulips from wegmans and tied it back (third photo). If I have more time, i could’ve even purchased a better wrapper since it cannot hold the flowers properly. This is my first time having a florist since it was something very special. But, i wished i just did DIY. So, i don’t recommend this florist for special occasions.

They are warm, friendly, and the shop is BEAUTIFUL. In addition to flowers they have a multitude of other options such as chocolates, hand made soaps, wine, and teddy bears that can be customized to any order. With time windows and delivery that ensures your loved one will get their gift in a timely manner. Thank you for all that you lovely ladies do! I had to cancel it. They were so helpful and actually stopped the delivery before it went out. I wish this place was near me. Experiencia negativa: I placed an order for delivery for 2 weeks from now. I received a call from a rather unpleasant person. They said the credit card entered online had declined. I had confirmed the card was issued a fraud alert since the order was being placed in a different city and the recipient was local to the flower shop. After confirming, I asked the woman to run the card again. She said again it was declining. When I was giving her another card she became agitated saying the connection was bad and I needed to repeat myself or hang up and call back. When I chose to hang up and call again she again had a rather annoyed attitude and I told her I will simply place the order from another shop. Keep in mind the order I placed was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Tip for the owners: train your staff to be more pleasant. If the connection has issues say so from the beginning.

The florist recommended the florist choice for $100 plus tax and delivery and said they take extra special care of their military members. When my wife got the flowers the roses were already browning. I contacted the customer service email and they'd only fix the issue if my wife could be home to exchange the flowers. My wife is essentially a single mom working 8-5 everyday so I said that wouldn't work. A couple days later the manger saw the email and reached out to me to fix the problem. I know that Valentines can be a busy time for a florist so overall I am happy.
