Despite the need for follow-up calls, she maintained patience throughout the entire process. I also had the opportunity to communicate with Cindy via email regarding specific delivery instructions. She responded to me very promptly, and Miranda also called to reassure me that the instructions would be followed. Experiencia negativa: Your response is completely untrue. We had a friend of a friend pick up the flowers the day of the wedding as we were all busy.i guarantee you he did not hug you. Please just own the fact that you mislead us to get our business. You have been dishonest from the start and your response only proves that. Edited to add that after speaking with Sandy this morning and then my daughter I am even more disappointed. First of all Sandy told me that she could not do the type of bouquet my daughter asked for. If that were the case we should have been told and we would have appreciated the honesty and gone elsewhere. However as I look at other reviews, there are literally pictures that were done here of the type of bouquet she asked for and crediting Sandy. Furthermore, the bride specifically asked for blue in her bouquet but not in the bridesmaid's and even that was disregarded. We decided to use them for my daughter's wedding on November 25. While the flowers were fresh and beautiful we did not get what we paid for. For starters, my daughter took pictures in of what she wanted her bouquet to look like. The flowers were what they agreed upon, but the design was nothing like she wanted. She wanted an over sized flowing bouquet and it literally was a slightly bigger bridesmaids bouquet but significantly more expensive. The bridesmaids bouquets were also not what was agreed upon. The corsages for the moms were literally the same exact thing as the groom and groomsmen but on a wrist strap but much more expensive. My corsage had to be put pack together before the wedding even started. Thankfully my daughter was a very laid back bride. I saw the disappointment in her face when she saw the bouquets but decided not to let it bother her. The 2 flower arrangements for the ceremony were quite beautiful. Close to $1500 and directions weren't followed. Overall disappointed for sure.

Only offered free flowers to be picked up the next day after the very important arrangement. I asked for all red they gave me red and white. Ruined the pictures I took for my graduation.

The staff Sandy, Kelley, Sylvia, and I can't remember the others names, but they are the Best!!!!! They are floral designers not just florists!! The flowers whether fresh or artificial are worth every dime of my money! I've visited other Wholesalers, but none of them compares this one!!!! So I guess I'm going to be a regular from here on out!!

I was disappointed with the flowers I purchased later in the week (Friday for Saturday event). They do have a large selection of floral supplies. They sell to the general public. Great source for florals, ribbons, and pot covers.

Experiencia positiva: I remember as a child, my mom would come to Norfolk wholesale to buy flowers in bulk to give to our teachers during the holidays, teacher appreciation week, end of the year, etc. With 6 kids, this was such an affordable option for our family. As an adult with kids of my own, I like taking my children to visit and go into the cooler area with roses to let them smell the beautiful flowers and pick out their favorites.

However, the fresh flowers on hand were awesome. My arrangement lasted 2 weeks and hopped along for another few days as I slowly discarded the dead stems. I ordered My flowers from Solawood, but I wanted a cascading bouquet. I took It into Sandy and she said that she would try to do what I envisioned though nothing was promised, but every expectation I had was exceeded. She made sure I didn’t worry about it as I had enough other things to worry about. She went above and beyond and my bouquet was easily the most complimented detail of my wedding day. I told them designer's choice, but this is not a choice of any floral designer I can think of. SUPER disappointed. 2nd response: full disclosure which you omitted. I always request baby's breath, carns, and daisies be omitted. I have never been punished for that. And where I come from, $80 for a bouquet in a clear vase plus $35 for delivery is not cheap.

Experiencia negativa: My experience started off ok. The flowers were nice, however when loading the flowers a few fell off and we stuck them back in (still nice). We were told to take the candles out the candelabra bases directly after everything was over, in which we did. We also took off the tulle and bows ( one bow per candelabra and a few pieces of SMALL tulle), thinking we were suppose to in order to fold and transport back. Well when returned them, they told us we were not suppose to take the tulle and bows off ( total of 3 bows) and they would be taking $125.00 off the deposit because they could not reuse the bows. #1 There was nothing wrong with the bows! #2 There was nothing wrong with the FEW pieces of tulle (only a LITTLE wrinkled from where they originally attached them.) #3 Even so the value I’d these little bit of materials could have been replaced (IF TRULY NEEDED) for $25 or less! #4 After I questioned them about the cost they started to try to find other reasons (FALSE REASONS) to validate themselves! # Everything was returned in GREAT ORDER! # They then complained about the flowers, And, as I told them, flowers are very flimsy and should not be expected to be immaculately! They still looked great! ***My family have used Norfolk Wholesale Floral for decades and have never encountered anything like this. We have even been given dismantled flowers and never complained! It is more of PRINCIPLE vs MONEY! I will NOT GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!

Experiencia negativa: I walked in with a last minute order... I was so please she said she could have it ready but noon next day... What she didn't mention is they close at 2pm. Now I am out of my money, and have to hunt to find a corsage by 5 pm. When I went back, I did see is it posted ( but not very visible and noticeable) but as a measure of customer service, you should inform your customer "he by the we close at two tomorrow so make sure you get here before then" it's not hard... It's great service This was first and last time visiting here... I am livid!!!

She was crunching on ice when we arrived to her register and worked on up-selling a $16 planter of flowers to $30 by adding what was likely a $1 basket and a piece of ribbon. Honestly, I was a bit disgusted that a business would prey that heavily on grieving families, but business is business I guess. Personally, I would definitely just buy their flowers because they are not unreasonably priced, but some of the up-charges are absolutely ridiculous. She also called me ghetto for trying to call out the slimy practice. Truly abysmal customer service.

I went in here to find single rose boxes, which they do not sell anymore, so I opted to get each individual rose wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon. I asked one lady behind the counter how much it would be to have the roses wrapped. She told me to just go pick the roses, the tissue paper is $0.20 a piece and they'll go ahead and wrap it for you. Not true, I bought the roses & fern to get it done & went to the counter they told me it was $15. Okay cool, I go back to the register to pay $15 to have them wrapped & she says it's $15 99. Fine. Go back to the counter to get them wrapped & I'm told no the $15 is to wrap one bundle, & if you want each individual one wrapped, it would be 8.99 per stem. OUTRAGEOUS! She seemed like she never wanted to wrap them anyway, being they were all too busy eating Chanello's pizza at the counter (unprofessional) & she was scrolling on her phone. I wound up just taking the flowers to a local flower shop called Flower Lady on Kemps River Drive off of Indian River Road in Virginia Beach, and they wrapped each one with tissue paper and a ribbon for $0.50 each

People are nice too. The employees cannot help the prices of the artificial flowers. Their funeral rental flowers are a good price. just if you're looking to buy artificial single flowers or flower bushes for your wedding or events they are pricey. Search Craigslist, Marketplace on Facebook, and others online. I shop at BridalBunches a lot for online arrangements. I am not going to make the far drive anymore. Plus cheaper to buy the ribbon online as well.
