They gave me a reminder call on the pickup day which was great because that got lost in all the other details. Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store.

Nancy’s goes above and beyond to communicate with you about your order and sends an email after it was delivered. I have only ordered online as I live out of state, but I have been super impressed with their attention to detail and the people I have sent flowers to in the Portland area have sent me photos of the bouquets they received and they have been lovely. I appreciate that they are very up front about their prices and show you what the arrangements look like in 3 sizes. The flowers arrived on Monday. I immediately got a call from my wife and she said how beautiful they were. They were colorless, small and not what I had hoped for at the cost of $75 each! They were for a Celebration of Life and their appearance was not one to celebrate a loved one's life. The Vibrant Spring Bouquet you selected is a small, compact design—measuring approximately 11" tall and 10" wide—arranged in a 4" cube vase. While it's bright and cheerful in color and well-suited for guestbook tables or smaller display areas, it is not typically recommended for altar arrangements due to its more modest scale. We regret if that distinction wasn’t made clear during the ordering process.
As for the color variation you mentioned, the primary substitution was a softer peach-toned gerbera daisy in place of the standard bright orange, due to flower availability that day. All other elements of the arrangement followed the design as shown.
We also want to clarify that the delivery was made at 10:00 AM, well ahead of the 11:00 AM service, to ensure everything was in place on time.
We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are sorry we weren’t able to connect further to address your concerns more fully. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve communication and help guide our customers toward the most appropriate floral options for their needs.

Both times the process was easy and the results were stunning! This time the person I ordered flowers for was not home when they delivered. She told me that she arrived home and found the flowers had been thoughtfully placed in the shade on her porch, and were well packaged. They even had a piece of green tissue paper covering the flowers for extra protection. Add to that, she couldn't stop gushing about the quality of the flowers and how beautiful the bouquet was! It's this type of care and attention to detail that keeps me coming back!

They were short on pink tulips, substituting with other lovely flowers for my sister. However, they understood how much she loved pink tulips and delivered a second bouquet with the most beautiful pink tulips the following day at no additional fee. This time they helped me customize an order by letting me bring in a "minions" themed coffee mug and use one of their designs I found on their website that also came in a mug. 11 months ago Experiencia positiva: I ordered a bouquet for the Exalted Ruler's table for the Gateway-Gresham Elks Inaugural Ball. I specified that I wanted blue hydrangea and that the arrangement was to be blue and white. I also specified the vase to be used. The vase was used and the arrangement was blue and white, but no hydrangea were used. I did not specify the price, but was told it would be $60. When I came to pick it up, the arrangement was fully wrapped. I didn't see any hydrangea, so I asked the lady who was giving it to me about the flowers. She said that she was sure that hydrangea were included. When it was unwrapped, although beautiful, I was very disappointed that my order had not been fulfilled and that it was not explained to me why I didn't get the flowers requested and paid for.

After reviewing the order and speaking with our team, it appears there was a genuine mistake, and we regret that it wasn’t caught and communicated to you at the time of pickup.
Additionally, while we did our best to accommodate your late pickup after hours, we recognize that we should have unwrapped and reviewed the arrangement with you before you left. That step would have given us the opportunity to correct the issue immediately and ensure your satisfaction.
Please know that we are using this experience as an opportunity to improve our processes, including reviewing all custom orders more thoroughly and confirming key elements with customers at pickup—regardless of the time of day.
